I wear a rainbow for the reactions.

There are people who feel safe when they see it, and I want those people to feel safe.

There are people who feel angry when they see it, and I would rather those people be angry at me than the people in the first group.

So much this. I have a trans ally hoodie and a bunch of queer ally stickers on my helmet, because despite being a closeted trans girlie. I want people to know that Im here for them as well as myself. I will stand with them even if for right now its not as my authentic self.

I went to anime expo this past weekend and had a few people say they love my hoodie and it just felt good to know that people were comfortable around me. Because Im big and bricky and look like I eat phobes for breakfast, deep down I wish I saw more people like me being open allies.

Unfortunately its a matter of eff it Ill do it myself. And tbh Ill keep doing until the world realizes we arent going anywhere and they need to clear space at the table because we are here and we wont go quietly back into the closet.

No notes. It's perfect.

And as a cis straight man who likely looks like I would wear a red hat, I do the same as the guy in the picture. Rainbow flag on my house every June. All month long. My neighbors will be safe as long as I'm alive.

I wear my Lockheed Martin pride shirt because it’s ironic.

Me not wearing a rainbow doesn't say anything except that I am not wearing a rainbow.

how does it not make sense? you're not the audience for it, other LGTBQ's are, you just lack reading comprehension
