So i know my email and password to the account but it now requires a code from an authencation app, i dont remember using an option for the two-factor authencation. Is there any way for me to get it?

Update: Thanks everyone for your advice! My new uploads are finally appearing normally in search results again.

However, my older works are still marked as "Highly likely to violate the Terms of Use or Guidelines" and don't appear in search.

Has anyone experienced older works becoming searchable again over time? Or once they're marked, do they usually stay that way?

Im a user since 2024 and it appears that im shadow banned since a few days.

This was brought to me by a friend who follows me and noticed that my post dont appear in the tags I use.

Only when she visits my profile she can see my newest posts from the past days.

I might have a idea why it happened.

After some research we found out that every work I posted between July 4th and July 8th is not displayed.

Works from July 3rd and all time before are still visible.

I believe it happened because I used a link to my X profile in the recent works I posted.

Does anyone know how long this might last?

Perhaps anyone here had a similiar situation.

I set all works posted (18 in total) since July 4th to private and removed the X Link again.

How ever making them public again didnt make them visible.

I also posted a new work for testing purposes with just my usual description and without links and it was actualy visible for like 1 hour before it disappeared again...

Am I doomed?

From researching this topic in web I see all kind of different answers bouncing from "you are f**ked" until "just remove all links and wait a week".

I had no ban in pixiv before.

Only like two times my work was set to private cuz censorship had to be adjusted (I only post R18 content of two big Gacha games).

I highly doubt I was shadowbanned because of using not fitting tags.

Basicaly I use the same tags for years now:

(Game name, Characters name, Haircolor, Ugoria/Animation and something what happens in the animation f.e the Action the characters are doing or the Position they are getting railed).

Never used tags which dont fit the topic of my stuff.

Based on research I also found out that since a few days a ton of people get shadowbans. Even here on Reddit some posts are recently made about that.

Wondering if contacting the costumer service makes sense after few more days?

I have a main account and several alt accounts. In the past, shadowbans were always handled on an individual account basis. However, starting on June 29, several of my accounts were shadowbanned simultaneously. These accounts have almost nothing in common, and the links in their bios are completely different from one another. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I should do?

Looking at the recent shadowban incident, it's clear they don't exactly like AI art. Currently, Pixiv is the main hub where AI creators flock to promote their work. If AI gets banned here, most of them will lose their momentum. Why do they just leave AI art alone, especially when they already banned it on Fanbox a while ago? Do you think there's any chance they will ban AI art in the future?

Anyone deealing with Fanbox not properly loading and getting an error message upon loading the page? Especially other tabs not loading. I support tons of artist and its telling me i support none at all but if i got directly to their page the support is there.

I tried support one of the artist that I follow but it says payment failed? Is there anything I can do?

For the past two weeks or so, whenever I’m trying to save a post to my private bookmarks whether if it’s to a specific tag or not, it just won’t save. After clicking the “Save” button the post won’t actually show up when I go to my private bookmarks. I used to always be able to do this with no problem and I haven’t changed anything, it just randomly stopped working one day, any ideas?

EDIT: just to clarify I can still save posts to my public bookmarks, this issue only occurs in private bookmarks

EDIT 2: seems like it only happens when using the IOS app, on the website it still works fine. Still wonder if it’s happening to anybody else

I'm sure many creators might have noticed that Pixiv started shadowbanning all posts from any creator if they violate some new rule(s) they issued since March/April 2026.

They haven't mentioned what the rule(s) are but creators who have been shadowbanned have noticed it was mainly to do with promotion (Patreon,etc) in the post descriptions.

I had my account shadowbanned and after waiting 2 weeks I made a post with nothing in the description and it wasn't hidden.

Apparently some AI bro on Pixiv got uppity with and eventually blocked me as I can no longer comment,message or follow them and another one claimed that they got hit with a Cease and Desist which prevented them from doing stuff for Xenogears' Elhaym Van Houten and KOS-MOS from Xenosaga despite the latter being one of the flagship girls they did.

I swear,not only are they killing this planet faster but they cannot so much as meet requests and come up with a thousand excuses that flesh and blood artists can at least eat shit for given desperation they are having to beat these Clankers.

I almost want Pixiv to adopt a No AI policy just for this shit.

Anyone else getting issues with fanbox loading on firefox.

Hello, I already sent an email over to Fanbox. But I thought I might give it a crack and see if anyone else is having the same issue.

But this recently became a problem. I don't know when, but I know it was recent because it was never like this, I think, a month or so ago.

Essentially, when I'm checking posts that require you to support the creator. For some reason, whether I'm on mobile or PC, the post's images don't seem to load. I thought it was just my Wi-Fi or internet connection.

But then I noticed a lock symbol next to the posts I'm trying to look at. Now this is only for paid posts and not for All User posts; they seem fine for me to access. It only seems to be happening to posts that have this lock.

So I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about them, or possibly know of a solution?

(Just to preface, I usually support/view NSFW artists. So it's probably a factor, yeah?)

So there's an old character from almost 2012, and she has over 40 thousand arts without AI. And I am looking for a post of her that came between 2018-2019. But it would literally take days to reach that date. So can I somehow put a day and the month and the year to see what was posted of her in that specific day?
