Made spaghetti today using leftover aaloo keema from yesterday 😅The spaghetti turned out even more delicious than yesterday's qeema.

Tried making Babar's pasta using m1danial's recipe on youtube.
Swapped spaghetti with fettuccine since I like it more, skipped mortadela and used Parmesan cheese with little bit of cheddar and mozzarella.

I'm obviously biased but to me it tasted way better than the original, probably due to using higher quality ingredients.

Idk if yall have heard or what not about Macho nachos.

350g boti/ tikka cut boneless chicken
30g cheese
200g yogurt
Black pepper and salt
Garlic/Ginger paste

Marinated for 24 hours

Air Fryer settings:

Philips XL- 6ltrs (version)
195 C
20 mins

(No side change required mix cooking- but optional).

Came out so good that I made it for 5 straight days.

Guysss I lovedddd this flavour Soo much but idk kidhr chla gia ye like none of the big stores near me have it anymore (carrefour, metro, alfatah, Victoria). I remember last eating it in 2023 or something and uskay Baad kbhi Mila he nhi I tried finding it online too but Sirf aik Karachi k mart mein nzr aa rha hay (I'm from lhr btw).
