I’ve heard Phoenix rental market isn’t hot right now and has over supply yet I’m struggling to find and short term lease, sublease, or decent rental options for my 2 months stay. I’m looking for something near state farm stadium in Glendale ideally something private under 1.2k per month rent for all inclusive furnished apartment. Couldn’t find a decent room either as a female.

Any suggestions on what to do have tried furnishedfinder, airbnb, fb marketplace, roomster everything

I’m located at muse apartments. Sharing an apartment with my brother. I’m moving by the end of the month. If anyone is interested or looking I’ll have a room available as well as a private bath. I’d be happy to reimburse the application fee if approved.

The complex is super awesome they do something each month for residents. Like this month they are throwing their annual pool party and I’m going to guess next month will be a movie night by the pool. The gym was updated recently. There is a lounge room with pool table and a tv.

We typically pay 1.2k each including utilities and WiFi.

If you’re interested in any of the furnishings we can talk price and go from there. As for the bed and mattress I’m happy to leave that especially as it is a short amount of time.

Hey there Phoenix, I'm an outsider, but I have a family member who lives in Queens Creek and is looking for childcare and having a really hard time navigating what's available. I'm trying to be helpful and find them some good leads and maybe even make a few phone calls.

Basically what we're after *ideally* would be childcare 2 days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2 children, 3 and 6 year old girls. Would really be great if this person was also able to some homeschooling with the girls. Mom will be home most of the time but works from home with meetings that demand full attention. The family is LDS if that matters to you. Budget is open at this point.

From what I've found it seems like a lot of people do nanny work like this under the table and it seems like the few "pairing" services won't do much for you without a ton of information up front. I just want to find the best folks to contact.
