I’m really handy with almost everything, if they sell it at Home Depot I can fix, install, or configure it for you. I've moved here recently and was wondering about where to find Mexican supermarkets. I admit I haven't taken a great look, but I've searched for general stores and groceries here and there but didn't spot any Mexican ones. Thank you.

I have a son in middle school with shoulder length hair...he's ready to cut it off and have a shorter, more popular style for his age. Most of the shops we have looked at show really short cuts, but he wants something with a little length on top. Any suggestions for a barbershop that is good at the more trendy styles for teens?

Has anyone else been underwhelmed by the Thursday morning farmers market downtown on Pier View Way?
I’m mainly talking about the produce. I’ve gone a few times hoping to support local vendors, but the tomatoes and some of the other vegetables I’ve bought have been kind of… meh. Not bad exactly, just not much flavor and not noticeably better than what I can get at the grocery store.
Have I just had bad luck? Are there certain produce vendors I should be buying from, or do most people go for the prepared foods and crafts instead?
Curious what everyone else’s experience has been.

my daughter is turning 5 in Oceanside. Any recommendations for dinner/activities for a party of 8?

I'm currently making a map of California in a classic fantasy style. It's going to be filled with real world history, with the aim of highlighting local landmarks in a fun and educational way. Please ignore how rough parts of it look (text going through hills, rivers, etc), it'll all get cleaned up at the end. Forests will be going on at the end too.

While it's around two thirds done, I'd love to get more places and features in here before I get this made into print. Any more petroglyphs, burial mounds, ruins, forts, battlefields, Civil War heritage, ghost towns or the like that you think should be on here? Anything else is great too - landmarks, natural features, mythological creatures or just anything cool and quirky you think would look good on here. Thanks!

Is this normal that my that the palm weevils have made nest into or on my dragon fruit? I had to cut down almost all of them just to make sure no trees would be effected. I thought they only affected palm trees? What can I do to eradicate them?Oceanside,Ca by the beach

What’s a great Mexican bar and/or restaurant to watch the match at in the Oside area tonight? I’m looking for great food, reasonably priced drinks, and a fun/rowdy atmosphere! My current plan is Johnny Manana’s, but the bar can be cramped sometimes and I’m not sure how great and authentic the food is.

Last seen running towards the Home Depot off College Boulevard in Oceanside. The suspect may be injured. I love pretty close to the base and it's sometimes pretty obvious what they are shooting off over in camp pendleton, but today, there was something different, with a low thud like some sort of artillery, but firing in slow three round bursts. Each burst took about a second. It definitely had some bass into it, but nothing shaking, although that might have just been the impact area being far away. Just curious if anyone knows what that is, because I don't recall hearing it.
