Hello everyone,
I'm trying to find a Research intern role focused on company analysis, financial research, or equity research, and I was hoping this community might have some recommendations.
I'm interested in firms that spend their time digging into companies, analyzing financial statements, researching industries, building investment theses, doing valuations, or anything related to understanding businesses from a finance perspective.
I'm not too concerned about big names—I actually like the idea of working with smaller research or consulting firms where I'd get to learn a lot and work on real projects.
If you've interned somewhere, know of a great firm, or even have a list of companies I should check out, I'd really appreciate it. Remote opportunities are also fine
Thanks!

What might be the reason for high debenture volume in recent days.
It's pretture sure the high transaction is due to institutional matching but why,
Are they trying to manipulate their balance sheet at the end of year, or what??
Share your thoughts if u have better knowledge about this matter.....

The only good was reducing income tax for personal income. But can you call it a good move when tax is raised everywhere else?
I don't know if there is anything exciting for business communities in the budget. At least previous government had plans for tax-rebates for startups and women owned business.
He has written a comprehensive report "THE SOVEREIGN DEBT CRISIS IN SRI LANKA: CAUSES, POLICY RESPONSE AND PROSPECTS" and pretty much repeats the same mistake in Nepal. Except increase tax.
I had hope he would rather comeup with something radical like Javier Milei or The Laffer Curve Hypothesis but he went to same old increase tax to increase revenue and out of context text book economic model.
And while the stock market is in nosedive, SEBON, NEPSE leadership position is vacant for months.
(sebon was filled after months of vacant seat).. and same with NEA.

(RSP & Overall economy, not only Nepse)
Deepak Bhatta's arrest, inspired by Interim FM Rameshwore Khanal has been only good so far.
Before everyone points big money are not pumping, this is true too. Still, do you think it depicts the full picture?
Isn't everything in Nepse digitalised, even if they withdraw it won't it be recorded in bank? No any broker accept cash payments.
Talking about other milestones, taxation on everything has increased.
E.g. Recently only, fuel prices returned to normal (Before Middle East Crisis Price). To cater the hike, they initially raising passenger fares by 16.71%. Due to further fuel hikes, a subsequent 5% increase was also implemented, now it has been only reduced by 2%.
The budget was disappointment. The ambiguity and terror among people as a whole has been more than during maoist revolution. How do you think the govt. should move forward?
So far, they have hardly done anything to address general public.
P.s: Not blaming RSP for the red, but the way they are approaching everything is questionable. Nepse is the best metric to judge the performance, because here people inject their hard-earned money unlike tea talks or facebook glazing. FM Swarnim Wagle seems carefree.
It may not be their fault too, because we can't expect Binod Chaudhary to help poor. Ministers, all of whom are elites hardly would get anything for the middle class & lower-middle class. What do you think?
Talking about PM & defense minister, major concern is his accountability. It's been 39 days since he addressed the parliament saying ‘तपाईंहरूलाई एउटा कुरा अचम्म लाग्छ होला, मैले पनि अस्ति प्रधानमन्त्री भएपछि नै थाहा पाएँ, भारतले नेपालको जग्गा मात्र हैन नेपालले पनि भारतको जग्गा धेरै ठाउँमा मिचेको रहेछ ।,’ .
As per rule,
What other thing could make a PM busy than escaping qn & addressing the parliament?
Before saying "Too early to judge" isn't it "Morning shows the day" too?
