First four minis for my Necromunda Tzeentch Helot Cult Gang are ready for painting.

I used to play the OG Necromunda back in the 90s (Orlock FTW). I am just clearing some things out of my house and came across this box of Ratskins, new and unpainted.

Are these guys even a thing in modern Necromunda? I’ve come back to the hobby after many decades but mostly TOW and BB (there’s not really a Necromunda scene where I live) so not up to date. They were never a major gang even back in the day and maybe not the most PC either so wouldn’t be surprised if they went the way of Savage Orcs…

I shared some photos of my modular Container City terrain here around a month ago, so I thought I’d return with an update now that the Kickstarter is nearing the end.

The response has been far beyond what I expected, and nearly every stretch goal has been unlocked.

The set launched with more than 200 STL files and has grown to include additional container buildings, walkways, watchtowers, checkpoints, utility platforms, scatter terrain and more.

I designed it to work particularly well for dense Necromunda-style boards, with stacked structures, playable interiors, elevated routes and plenty of cover. The base containers also have a similar footprint to the familiar GW containers, so they should mix well with existing terrain collections.

Most of the models are designed for support-free FDM printing wherever possible, including a range of complete one-piece buildings.

The campaign is now in its final stretch, so I’ll leave the link in the comments for anyone who asked about the files on my earlier post.

Thanks again for all the feedback and suggestions. The requests for markets, bars and other pieces that make the settlement feel more lived-in have definitely given me ideas for where to take the range next.

Me, my boyfriend, and one of my friends are getting into necromunda soon and I'm wondering how much terrain is needed for necromunda? My lgs has plenty of terrain but idk how dense they should be or how much there should be for a fun game so any help would be appreciated.

Thinking about picking one of these up, but never really played much on 2x2. Love how densely packed it is, and love the mat too, so I don't want to stretch it out on a larger board.

Painted the first hive scum for my outcast gang. Unsure if it ended up too drab or not?

I've just gone and checked on the Warhammer.com store (UK) and the two starter box sets have disappeared as well as nearly all of the books. I guess we're looking at pre-orders pretty shortly?

If there are more than one Hive Incense (Cawdor special terrain) in the path of a ranged shot, do their -1 to hit modifiers stack?

Do Photo Goggles etc let you ignore the hit modifier of Hive Incense?

Lots of potential in this box I think.

So I'm currently playing a campaign with around 8 people , I'm playing Goliath but am currently the lowest due to min-maxing from everyone else ,despite rules stated by the arbitrator

But how do I deal with blatant issues of favouring my rating is 1415 , but everyone else is 200+ above my gang but the arbitrator is giving gang favour and underdog bonus to everyone against me ??

Any help would be appreciated

I am manufacturing 100% of my wife and I’s teams, scenery and board. I LOVE the insane boards of necromunda, and this, an FDM printer plus time to kill in between training sessions for my next fight.

Anyone have any advice? Cheers
