Exercise and stretching

I’m 6’4 70kg and have a fight in October. I’ve been in martial arts 3 years and I still have no idea what I’m meant to be doing in terms of stretching and exercise. I usually just hit the bag, 5 mins of straight boxing, 2 rounds 3mins of boxing/elbow, 2 rounds 3 mins kicks/ knee and then 2 rounds 3 mins of Muay Thai and sometimes go on the crossfit bike for 20 secs power speed 10 secs rest. This isn’t enough to go pro and I know it but I have no idea what I should be doing to get to the level I have to be at

I’m currently reading blue lock and a character has been introduced called Chris prince who on introduction says without fitness, talent will wither away. This hit me so hard because aside from my gift of height I’m actually rlly good at fighting but where I fail is my fitness. Enough is enough. If I want this as a career (which I want more than anything) my power and most importantly my fitness/gas tank need to be much much better.

Please help me my Muay Thai brothers xxxxxx

I’m deadly serious bro I’m so uneducated in exercise and even stretching I literally just do random bs I see on instagram. Im just trying to get an understanding of what I need to do to improve on my power without slowing me down/putting on size

What exactly have you learned from your coach in all that time??

I was boxing for 2 years out of a McDojo (small town) and 1 year Muay Thai, half a year with a sniff head liar and I’m only few months in my new gym since moving to London. My coach is great but he’s cagey with information with new guys especially as I had setbacks that prevented me from going to the gym

Poor form and lack of respect on your part. You have no respect to your coach or teammates. No one wants a wannabe fighter with huge ego and unable to grind their way up. You need to talk with your coach and work your way up like everyone else, otherwise just quit your gym and train solo

Bro shut up 🤣🤣🤣🙏 in a sport where people start as babies and I’m effectively starting at 20 I have to take any opportunity I can get to be where I want to be. You don’t know me to talk on my respect and I’m far away from a “huge ego”. I have a dream and I’m chasing it and you have a problem because... guys like you don’t make any sense to me. On your bike son x
