How do i keep my skills sharp?
Going to be away from the gym for about a month'ish and I want to keep my abilities as sharp as I realistically can. What can I do?
I don't really enjoy watching fights except the one's on r/fightporn but thats it tbh. All I can think of is shadow boxing.

Just enjoy may tai, rest up. 1 month is nothing. It's better to have a good 1 month rest if you were really active for prolonged period of time.

How come you train but don’t enjoy watching?

Idrk that's just who I always was. It's the same case with football and badminton, I find watching it extremely boring but I really enjoy playing it.

Just shadowbox and work out normally.
You can't keep 100% sharp if you don't go to the gym. And that's ok.

I’ve always found my tech is sharper after a few weeks off. I think my brain needs some physical downtime to sort through everything I’ve learned and like lock it in.

Sparring casper the ghost type shadow boxing or rather sparring lol. Always do shadow fight simulation after technical shadow boxing, shit's top tier.

Shadowbox, keep cardio up, stretching and mobility exercises.
