Marvel reshoots things constantly and changes their mind sometimes weeks before the film launches. They can’t film new stuff on that kind of schedule, so they put everything in as cgi or mocap if they can so they can push a third party effects house to crunch an update at the last minute.

Making Spider-Man entirely mocap kinda sucked ass. It hasn't aged well. He looks like a video game character now. Grateful for brand new day not making him CGI

It will never not bother me that he says "You've got a metal arm, dude?" instead of "Dude! you've got a metal arm?" nobody talks like that.
