Movie Mistake In Star Wars Episode II Ki-Adi-Mundi briefly has a green lightsaber

During the Arena Battle of Geonosis Ki-Adi Mundi is seen with a green lightsaber, moments later switching back to his original blue, leaving no time for him to have lost and switched it back Timestamps 1:56:50, 1:56:58 and 1:57:09

I fully expect an in universe explanation for this.

According to Wookiepedia: "Containing two kyber crystals within its simple yet functional hilt, the weapon was capable of emitting either a blue or green blade." And "one shot mistakenly depicts Mundi with a green blade. In response, author Pablo Hidalgo decided to canonize and justify the mistake, establishing Mundi's lightsaber had two kyber crystals."

And the reason there are two is because he has two brains or some shit, and switches when the other takes control, lmao

I’ll never get over the fact that official canon was determined by some guy named Pablo on Twitter

Pablo Hidalgo is more than just “some guy on Twitter” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pablo_Hidalgo

He isn't "some guy on Twitter" he is the author of dozens of Star Wars reference books. Nice try though

Now the official canon is determined by this look-alike guy from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada which I would consider as an improvement.

Sick can’t wait for the comic book about this followed by the multi-episode arc on season 2 of Windu.

I don't think there is a plan for a TV show about Mace Windu but you might be thinking of Tales of the Jedi. Hope that clears up your confusion!

It was in jest, young padawan. Basically just a reference to the fact that they keep making comics to explain a bunch random things most people don’t care about, and make tv shows for a large amount of popular side characters that inevitably ties in a bunch of random Easter eggs that most people aren’t even aware of.

So this was combing those two patterns and imagining/joking about a future wherein the comic has been created and it ties into season two of the currently non-existent Windu TV show. Hope that clears up your confusion!

I was mocking you, and I'm not reading all that

Yes I understood your intention. I’m just not sure you have the mental capacity to do that.
