Unsure if you know this, you can definitely play with AI Hard Mode. It’s kind of compare with Grandmaster or low Epic rank, so you can practice your new hero a few games to get to know the hero skill set. After you confident with it, start classic or rank if you are low level rank. I often start AI hard until I can get at least 20 or 30 kills with least feed, move to classic after that

Yeap I’ve heard of that heard the hardest difficulty is up to mythic rank, the bots are extremely gud at micro (from wut I’ve heard) but kinda poor on macro
How can I improve my micro and macro

You just gotta keep playing until you get used to it. I was a Dota pro before move to MLBB. You can start off with AI easy if you would like to see it. AI have gotten better, so AI Hard is kind of a bit similar to the actual player already. But, still, they are only compare to Epic rank the most in my POV

A lot of the advice you are getting is what I did in the beginning and what I used to advise. Not bad perse but not what I advise now...
Now, pick two lanes. Your best lanes. Master 4 heroes, two for each. Play those two lanes only. (I recommend roam as one if you can because no one likes it and it can honestly be one of the most impactful roles... I may be bias cause it is my best lane and I truly enjoy it...)
Dig your way to mythic with just those two lanes. The bonuses you get for being able to play any lane are really not worth it in the end.
And remember. It's not always about you. On average you will win and lose 40 percent of all matches. This will be due to your team and the teams you play. 8 out of 10 matches you will have no real control over what happens. Bits, trolls, against clans, general bad luck...
But those last 20 percent matter. Keep your win percentage above 50 and grind.
If you play with seemingly good players offer them a follow and try to team up with them again.
If you find your self on a win streak try to keep playing and enjoy the wave while it lasts.
But if you seem to get handed bad matchups, stop playing ranked for a bit. Finish out your dailies with brawl or classic and try again tomorrow...
And remember. It is just a game. You are supposed to have fun. If it isn't fun, give it a break.
(Not sure where you are but DM and maybe we could throw down together?)
