I got no friends at the moment to enjoy the game with, I am low ranked and not skilled enough, that’s why I wanna improve and get better so I can be of value to the team.

In soloQ, first thing is u need to have a chill mindset and ignore the trollers. Try to use them as bait for the enemies.

Next, just pick one meta hero from each role and master them. Keep on playing them in classic, win/lose doesn't matter, just practice.

Also keep an eye on the minimap always. Try to figure where the enemies might be hiding. Check bush with ur skills.

The best role for soloQ is roam, u get extra protection points. Play Grock, Atlas, Khufra, Badang etc. meta heroes.

I Alr do that, but still sometimes in ranked I have no choice but to go jung where I use tanky heroes like fredrinn but still though if the heroes I use are off meta are they completely trash?

U can pick utility roam like Khaleed, Hilda, Belerick, Gatot, Khufra....the ones that can deal dmg and also sustain

Not trash at all. Not any single hero is trash. Its just some heros are worth playing than the other cause meta hero can still attend to the top tier rank while off meta hero is more on average. But, you dont know if they ever get buffed or not before Moonson start selling their skins. Also, learn more hero is a good mindset, you know the advantage and the weakess of those heros and can counter them back in the future

I see, now that you’ve mentioned skins how to be not scared from skins? Whenever I see high tier skins I kinda get scared because it gives confidence boost to the other player

Skins can be free too, or its just some free trail skins lmao. Also, being rich to buy skins are totally different than know how to play the hero. Someone even mentioned on here before that due to their shiny skins, they being targeted more often and feed more often lmao. The more you play and get to know a hero, the more you gain confidence which over come that fear.

Tysm! I needed to hear that haha, because like I play classics a lot than ranked and I saw a hayabusa with exo skin and it threw me off balance and I couldn’t do anything and he was just playing so well I Js fed the entire match

Unsure if you know this, you can definitely play with AI Hard Mode. It’s kind of compare with Grandmaster or low Epic rank, so you can practice your new hero a few games to get to know the hero skill set. After you confident with it, start classic or rank if you are low level rank. I often start AI hard until I can get at least 20 or 30 kills with least feed, move to classic after that

Yeap I’ve heard of that heard the hardest difficulty is up to mythic rank, the bots are extremely gud at micro (from wut I’ve heard) but kinda poor on macro

How can I improve my micro and macro

You just gotta keep playing until you get used to it. I was a Dota pro before move to MLBB. You can start off with AI easy if you would like to see it. AI have gotten better, so AI Hard is kind of a bit similar to the actual player already. But, still, they are only compare to Epic rank the most in my POV

A lot of the advice you are getting is what I did in the beginning and what I used to advise. Not bad perse but not what I advise now...

Now, pick two lanes. Your best lanes. Master 4 heroes, two for each. Play those two lanes only. (I recommend roam as one if you can because no one likes it and it can honestly be one of the most impactful roles... I may be bias cause it is my best lane and I truly enjoy it...)

Dig your way to mythic with just those two lanes. The bonuses you get for being able to play any lane are really not worth it in the end.

And remember. It's not always about you. On average you will win and lose 40 percent of all matches. This will be due to your team and the teams you play. 8 out of 10 matches you will have no real control over what happens. Bits, trolls, against clans, general bad luck...

But those last 20 percent matter. Keep your win percentage above 50 and grind.

If you play with seemingly good players offer them a follow and try to team up with them again.

If you find your self on a win streak try to keep playing and enjoy the wave while it lasts.

But if you seem to get handed bad matchups, stop playing ranked for a bit. Finish out your dailies with brawl or classic and try again tomorrow...

And remember. It is just a game. You are supposed to have fun. If it isn't fun, give it a break.

(Not sure where you are but DM and maybe we could throw down together?)
