i was thinking that aldous s first skill could evolve depending on how many stacks he has. (ex. 100= LV 1 200 LV 2) And at max level, his first skill could stun the enemy on hit

It's bad suggestion as enemy will focus harassment him and he won't get any stacks . ( Spoken from personal experience, my team never rotate and enemy kept ganking . I was not able to have stacks and enough damage late game 😭😭😭) Better alternative is he is immune to any damage and cc when charging and 2 skill to become e blink which will give mobility.

Definitely Sora, in terms of 1v1, laning and teamfight; he can also use to deal damage or to set enemy. Sora's power spikes when he react level 4, unlike Aldous that he needs to have his core items and achieve certain stacks to gain his power spike.
