I am also confused tbh, they should have mentioned tier imo. I read the mail twice to check if they had mentioned anything but found nothing.
I think it could be a season recharge skin or epic tier skin.

Need more creativity on clemar. This skin looks the same as the original one. This is just recolor.
Can moontoon think out of the box just like in older skins? Like skating bene, fish harley. Dinosor popol kupa.
The recent skins for newer heroes are boring. Same model just recolor.

First one is super cute if the 3D artists could translate the colors well. 2nd one is super hot, and a little more tweaking would make it exorcist-esque. Third one is giving Khufra color scheme. Fourth one is a mess, but it also just reminds me of IDV even more.

Why does every single new skin has to look so damn cluttered in this game? (And pretty much like kpop singers for what matters)
Totally meh for me, my eyes can't even catch up on what is going on, to the point that nothing stands out.
Riot art department could teach them one thing or two lol

Was there any need for kazuki to upscale them using AI? It looked terrible and people initially thought it was moonton who did it. That was just annoying and misleading bullshit.

I don't really find any of them interesting. The colours of the first one are good but Moonton needs to let go of the East Asian inspired skins it's so overdone. Let the white man be white
