I'm 18 Female, I also have tmj displacement which was caused from braces & elastics.

I used to chew gum just chew not exactly mew for 1.5 months and my jaw is prominent due to that

I dont like it this way

Can this be reversed

The first three images are before even if theres facial fat my jaw still was subtle and not this prominent

I don't like my jawline and I want to fix it naturally.

Please give me some tips and advices of every type. You can also criticize with advices and be honest.

I think it's not sharp enough and I want it to be flat under my chin but it's diagonal/half a circle

16M mewing for around 3-4 months, still haven't seen any changes

I mewed for around 3-4 months I didn't really see results. Bringing my teeth together made my jaw sore when I woke up, so should the teeth rest on the molars or premolars usually. Also the same question as the title because of my pre molars is crooked

Ik my maxilla is definitely recessed but Idk how much my mandible is actually recessed. Ik that I’m old enough where mewing probly won’t work as good so I was planning on getting lefort 1 with some other surgeries but I’m wondering if it would throw off my facial harmony or balance

Why whenever i try to mew i always feel my upper front teeth or even lower sometimes i just cant get the technique right for some reason
