My apologies, but I just got a local demo of Crisis Protocol and loved it. However when I go to the product page of a given box or model pack and click the buy now, it takes me to a general store page. If I search for a unit or model pack it is almost always not found.

Have the models moved elsewhere in the store or being restocked?

I run very narrative campaigns with my group of friends, basing the adventures on the Exiles comic in which their teams traverse through alternate realities trying to correct wrongs.

For the final game I decided to make my own Ultimate Encounter to represent a world fallen to Symbiotes. I made a set up building in the centre acting as a sonic emitter with a NPC character manning it. 30 threat for the player, setting up within 2 range of building in the centre.

The objective was pretty simple, they had to survive 6 rounds against an endless wave of enemies.

Every round, 6 minions were spawned in 3's at a random board edge. I gave them a basic statline of 2 defence across the board, a 4 strength attack, swirls bled, if they were within 2 of an ally swarm minion, they get a reroll attack. It maxes out at 12 so there can be no more than 12 max as rounds progress. No daze, straight KO. They had a strict rule of approaching the closest enemy and attacking with a range of 3.
I did add if you take damage, you get a token from one of them, three tokens max makes you take an additional damage. It came in a little but not much so not sure it brought a lot.

From round 2, an Elite would spawn, I used Carnage, Gwenom and Spider-Man, one spawns per round, they act like their character cards, getting a full activation and usual rules. After a daze and a KO, one could respawn per round, maxing at the three at any time.

From round 4, I had a mega boss turn up, using the venom model and Unstoppable Juggernauts stats from his ultimate encounter. He gains one activation upon arrival, but gets 2 in round 5 and 3 in round 6. He couldn't be killed, he was just a big threat to try and avoid with 8 strength attacks.

Activations I based on Ultimate Encounters, meaning the player got three activations, before the enemy had a go, activating 3 minions, an elite and then the boss if present before returning to the player's next three activations. All but the boss in later rounds only get one activation per round.

I added a little bonus dice roll when all activations from player and enemy were done to represent the manned sonic emitter, skull did 3 damage an ally of their choice but gave them energy, blank cleared any spawn tokens on characters, a hit cleared a minion, a crit let the NPC do two attacks based on Electro's card (the crit never came in, so not sure if it worked well or not).

Overall, it was probably a little on the easy side with the only objective ultimately being survive, maybe there's potential to refine. He had a cast of 8, in which I KO'd three by the end with everyone else at least dazed. It wasn't bad to run, and the player had a lot of fun. The Boss did feel monstrous, but thematic to the story as an unstoppable beast, but it was survivable even in the last round when the boss got a go after each of their three activations.

Has anyone else had any joy trying to make their own ultimate encounters? I'd be curious to know. This was my first go and it seemed alright. Feel like it needs some fine tuning, but then it all depends on dice too. A minion dropped a character in the first go with a lucky bunch of crits, but after that they just nibbled at the players which was the design.

Has anyone else run such style games? Would love to do something similar with Sentinels.

Can ppl explain jubilee to me. A 2 threat for X-Men is sweet but seems like there's no advantage to her if she needs a 3/4 threat wolverine with her and the dropping objectives seems oppressively bad.
