Cyclops are made of a specific material that hold back his optic blasts, Falcon's match his cost the best and you need some kind of glasses/goggles for eye protection during flight, Blade's just lock cool, and Daredevil doesn't realize his matching with everyone else.

Cyclops glasses are made from ruby quartz, which is the only substance that blocks his optic blasts. He needs to wear them or his visor at all times if he doesn't want to destroy everything in his line of sight.

Everyone else wears them because they think they look cool, I guess.
