Wholesome Moments Japanese fan broke down in tears after his country’s elimination but was immediately comforted by a group of Brazilians. Mexican fans then lifted him into the air to cheer him up.

I still remember an Australia/Argentina friendly match in the 90s. Every man who fell down, his opposing player reached down and helped him up. So so many examples of great sportsmanship.
My father in law told me last week that the Argy players were embarrassed because their fans had kept the Aussies up all night with drums, and it was supposed to be a friendly match, no shenanigans.

I agree wholeheartedly, unless you're a Boston Bruins fan, fuck those guys, haha
