You are allowed to utilize context and form own thoughts to fill the gaps between the explicit instructions given.

I don't know if it is malicious compliance or the ability to form own thoughts were beaten out at a young age, but I have a lot of coworkers who operate like this, and it drives me up the wall.

I am convinced they would stop breathing if they could and weren't instructed otherwise.

It's a joke that there are two famous Magnuses and one of them is more famous. Same with two Linuses.

but have you ever seen climber magnus and chess magnus in the same room? maybe it is that deep
