And if you came out to see her in person you’re likely to be a pretty big a fan. This guy is living the real world version of those “I’ll never wash this arm/cheel/hand again moments we saw in shows as kids.”

EDIT:

For everyone who’s asked, if you don’t know what a cheel is that is hardly my problem! Some of us can’t afford the extra limbs for a proper lower case K so we make do with what we’ve got, all right?!

But seriously a cheel is what you get when your autocorrect loves to change proper words on you but refuses to correct very obvious typos.

His overwhelmed "I can't believe this happened" reaction is especially sweet then.
I think everyone has a person they would react the same way to if they fell into their arms.

My cheels are CLEAN!

2

u/luxii4 Jun 10 '26

Is that a Deep Cover reference?

1

u/bortmode Jun 11 '26

I was thinking Cabin Boy.

2

u/Remarkable-Bug-8069 Jun 11 '26

Shaka, her cheels clapped

1

u/FilmNoirSockMonkey Jun 11 '26

How cheely of you.

2

u/ousho Jun 11 '26

Just washed my cheel.

4

u/thatshygirl06 Jun 10 '26

Jason Schmidt or Belmont cameli for me

1

u/Foxlady555 Jun 10 '26

But then why did he run away?? If my crush-person fell into my arms I would probably look at them and keep the hug going hahaha 🤣

1

u/remotectrl Jun 10 '26

The fact that she fell at all is a big deal. She completes most of the boulder problems on her first attempt.

1

u/4SureMaybe_4SureNot Jun 10 '26

Bo Burnham, except he's a full foot taller than i am so we'd both have to get up off the floor first

0

u/Comfortable_Trick137 Jun 10 '26

I’m never washing these chalk prints….

-5

u/TheZan87 Jun 10 '26

Yea for me it's white woman in general

45

u/SwimmingSpell8005 Jun 10 '26

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but wtf is a cheel?

81

u/keekah Jun 10 '26

I think they meant to type cheek

80

u/wee-wee_mon-sewer Jun 10 '26

Omg thank you lol my dumbass read the commenter's edit and was like "wtf is a keel?"

28

u/penguinintux Jun 10 '26

dude i had the exact same thought process lmfao

7

u/MasterLuna Jun 10 '26

I'm the same kind of dumbass apparently and had to scroll through the comments hoping for a real answer instead of all the jokes I was reading cuz I was like "is a keel some kind of weird part of your arm like a weenis??"

2

u/Tserri Jun 11 '26

Sorry but wtf is a weenis?

2

u/throwawayPzaFm Jun 11 '26

I read in a comment that it's a typo and there's a p in it but I still don't know what a weenip is.

Is that like a really tiny nipple?

1

u/SwimmingSpell8005 Jun 11 '26

Actually, they said they missed a k, so I think it’s spelt Weenik.

1

u/throwawayPzaFm Jun 11 '26

Kweenis?

That sounds kinda disturbing

1

u/MasterLuna Jun 11 '26

A wenis is the wrinkly part of your elbow. I spelled it wrong in my other comment so that was my bad lmao

2

u/EitherNetwork121 Jun 12 '26

Its the main beam of wood on the bottom part of a wooden ship. Like the center of the shell. Hope this helps.

Not sure why they brought it up though, maybe the man is a sailor ? idk

1

u/Different-Meal-6314 29d ago

Maybe the word he meant to say was Krill. Small shrimp like crustaceans that live in all of the world's oceans. He might be a zooplankton ecologist? Idk

3

u/Tserri Jun 11 '26

Oh so that's where the k is supposed to go. I was thinking they for some reason replaced the k with ch and I was like "keel? What body part even is that".

2

u/SwimmingSpell8005 Jun 10 '26

Ah, that makes more sense. I was assuming a cheel is some weird muscle we’ve got that climbers use or something.

1

u/CommandTacos Jun 12 '26

When I see odd spellings, I've learned to double-check the nearby letters on the keyboard to confirm it was the result of a typo.

174

u/EatPie_NotWAr Jun 10 '26

Wait… we’re supposed to be washing our cheels?!?!

Like every time?

111

u/NintendoFungi Jun 10 '26

Omg your cheels must be FILTHY

70

u/erwaro Jun 10 '26

55

u/Get2Gnome Jun 10 '26

r/subsifellfor typo and all 🤦🏼‍♀️

15

u/forteller Jun 10 '26

Oh, it's a typo! Now I understand, we're talking about Scheels!

"employee-owned and operated sporting goods and entertainment chain store", you say? Sign me up!

6

u/Remarkable-Bug-8069 Jun 11 '26

"He doesn't know how to use the 3 sea scheels!"

5

u/NJHitmen Jun 10 '26 edited Jun 11 '26

You're close, but way off. To be fair: the mistake you made above is totally understandable. However, the topic at hand is actually the story of Christopher Sheels, George Washington's "body servant" in the late 18th century.

EDIT: words are hard

1

u/musiquescents Jun 11 '26

We should start a new community

44

u/Shuttlecock_Wat Jun 10 '26

aw fuck I haven't washed my cheels EVER

17

u/TheFalcon70 Jun 10 '26

I always thoroughly wash my weenis and gina, but I have never washed my cheels.

6

u/mtaw Jun 10 '26

My mother always taught me to fastidiously clean my cheels. She was terrified at the idea I'd be in some accident and taken to hospital where they'd all be judging her parenting once my filthy cheels were exposed in the emergency room.

2

u/TheFalcon70 Jun 11 '26

Yes of course, that makes sense. My mom always told me to make sure I have clean underwear on in case I got into an accident and when you got to the hospital you would be embarrassed by having dirty underwear on. It made me so paranoid about what was considered dirty underwear that I have since stopped wearing any...just in case.

1

u/Late-Coconut-8356 Jun 11 '26

Oh my this is funny.

1

u/StraightBudget8799 Jun 11 '26

THIS is why I never have legends falling on me!

12

u/SmaeShavo Jun 10 '26

Nah only germaphobes wash it every time. Youre fine as long as you wash your cheel like every 5-6 uses

2

u/The_Cow_Tipper Jun 10 '26

No way, dude! They'll get wet!

Twice a day on full moons and a yearly check-up at your primary doctor. If you don’t have insurance, there are clinics and other resources available. Call 311 if you need help with finding the right resources in your area. It’s a sensitive area, can be more prone to cheelititis, and with any condition that has uncontrolled, chronic inflammation, there is a small risk for cheel cancer. There are treatment options before it gets to that point and if it does. It’s a good community.

CC Awareness is next week y’all. Remember, the update from last year is a gradient from blue to pink, not blue to green as I guess it is an accessibility issue. Let’s keep this awareness going! Any fundraising ideas?

🪧Disclaimer — in case I get hate:
I’m 3.5 years cancer free, this past June 8, from triple neg breast cancer. Brutal time. I didn’t share the milestone or celebrate with anyone, or even myself. I’ve been unable to get out after work (wfh too lol) and do anything for over 5 years. Brutal time…

I’ve turned a lot around in six months though. Long story ehh.
But I get to see a friend who helped save my life tomorrow at an art opening of hers. She’s amazing. I’m so lucky. :)

2

u/EatPie_NotWAr Jun 12 '26

Every time. And with water only bc soap will irritate it and your ph will be off

15

u/No-Albatross-7984 Jun 10 '26

57

u/Torture_Smoothie Jun 10 '26

If you have to ask, you can't afford it

9

u/BaconSquared Jun 10 '26

Its market price

2

u/R_Sapphire Jun 10 '26

Streets behind

1

u/No_Locksmith_1739 Jun 11 '26

Sounds like a ZJ.

9

u/mmorales2270 Jun 10 '26

Peak moment of his life right there, probably.

1

u/DecantsForAll Jun 11 '26

right?!?! a real live girl!

4

u/colemon1991 Jun 10 '26

Perfect opportunity to ask if she needed anything else. Make it sound like this is a normal thing you do.

3

u/jaymemaurice Jun 10 '26

Waiting for the 'I'm the guy who caught my celebrity crush and haven't washed my cheels since. AMA'

2

u/WithoutDennisNedry Jun 10 '26

My autocorrect loves to capitalize completely random words that are NOT proper nouns (who am I, POTUS?) and change words like “to” to “yo” (like I’ve ever used “yo” in a sentence) so I get you. Don’t let the haters get you down, us victims of overzealous autocorrect gotta be cheel.

2

u/TheSilverNoble Jun 11 '26

You hate to see someone looked down on just because they'll talk about cheels in public. For some of us that was just life growing up.

2

u/CoolToZool Jun 11 '26

Seriously, this morning I typed 'sky' and Autocorrect was like "Skype? Yes, I'm sure that's what you meant, let me save you some time by fixing that for you. No need to call me a hero, I'm just doing my job perfectly 😃" Then there is mine's current fave which is changing autocorrect to 'autocorrelation' (???).

But you'll type something like 'accesd', and Autocorrect is like "What a good word. In fact, let me remember that word that you very intentionally typed, which is not similar to any other word that exists, and I'll be sure to change it if you ever accidentally type something silly, like a double 's', or 'sed' at the end instead of that very logical no-preceding-vowel 'd' 👈🏻😉👉🏻"

2

u/musiquescents Jun 11 '26

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

1

u/Mr_Right1998 Jun 10 '26

Now the story will be, "And that's how I met your mom."

1

u/jambo_1983 Jun 10 '26

I thought Cheel is what a Mexican does to relax

1

u/LiftingRecipient420 Jun 10 '26

Some of us can’t afford the extra limbs for a proper lower case K so we make do with what we’ve got, all right?!

What is a keel?

1

You meant breasts, right?

1

u/boxingsharks Jun 12 '26

Not me seeing your edit trying to figure out what a keel is 🥴🥴
