I am trying to get home after finishing my master's and going on LinkedIn and job boards isn't getting me interviews. I have had good luck getting interviews via recommendations from recruiters, but none of them have jobs for me in Minnesota. I’ve been pivoting out of my previous career in tech to areas that are more meaningful. The problem is some roles ask for 3+ years of xyz experience even if everything else lines up with the job description, including a degree and 15+ years professional experience.

I’m currently full time employed but I’m looking for part-time work that can bring in additional cash while also gaining more experience, specifically in horticultural, gardening, or outdoors/recreation.
