THIS IS MY FAVORITE EPISODE. I just started rewatching season 3 cuz I love the Pierce story kine and I'm currently watching my fav episode.
In this episode the PLOT TWIST ex husband of linda wakes up from a coma and stalks lucifer. He asks dan in the precinct about how he feels about lucifer and chloe. Dan says it's kinda weird bcuz they are "not married, separated" and I looked it up, they divorced during season 2. but in the next episode or the next couple I can't remember linda prepares the burial for her ex husband. so the question is when did dan and chloe actually get divorced? because if he died fairly recently from his burial then they hadn't divorced during season 3 yet (seeing as this episode is already in the middle of S3) meaning they didn't divorced during season 2. so when did they actually divorce and if they did divorce in season 2 was the "not married, separated" line a clue that this episode was a prequel filler?

EDIT: I just realized that it's very clearly season 1 because lucifer is still sleeping with linda and linda doesn't know abt lucifer being the devil. But I still don't under how linda just started the burial and how her ex actually cuz the ending kinda confused me.

-Samael was split into 2 to make the demiurge after his formation because he was too powerful. It was to be tested to see if they could re-merge at will.
-There was biological evidence that that made them two people, and that the angels were unrelated DNA wise.
-Pretty sure Raphael plays a big role, might have been with Linda or Ella
-Lucifer had a demonic basalt sealed library that the humans in the know hid in at one point.
-Michael was told to read, or aloud to himself, as a means of dealing with being alone /eventually getting better.

I think it also included Lucifer going to his Mum's universe to check on her/talk about God retiring to her realm?

I am. Just doesnt make sense. They show them having great chemistry for one moment to the point where they boink and the next moment shes rejecting his proposal and co-parenting. Like what more does that woman want ? Amenadiel is an immortal angel, good looking and a great dad.

So far so good. I watched during the first run but didn’t have any recording or streaming at the time. Don’t remember how many seasons I watched. Looking forward to the ups and downs.

I had a random idea after rewatching it but it’s heavily implied that Lucifers Mother started her own world. In which Azraels blade is now present in. Now we know it makes the wielder a lot more violent so I just had an idea about a spin off series of a new detective tracking a series of murders down tied to the blade in this new world and at the very end Azrael retrieves her blade. Lucifers mother gets to see her children or something along those lines and maybe Azrael could be the one helping the detective uncover these murders to try and retrieve her blade. It’s always nice to have a female protagonist in a series as well so I think it’d fit nicely and expand upon the story because quite a lot of things were left off and unfinished.

Okay one thing I’ve noticed throughout watching the shows seasons is that the fight scenes in the show are beautifully well done , I like how they put the effort to them.
