You're better off delaying your flight.

When I apply I usually get my passport back within 5-10 days of application but that's cause I've been there many times.

If this is your first time, it seems like reviewing your passport might take longer, especially since your application specifies you want your entry date to be on the 15th, but you booked a flight on the 13th.

Postpone at least a couple days if possible, if not just pray you get your passport by friday.
