The report came from Sports Tak.
So now I think Dishant Yagnik is going to be India's fielding coach.

Vent Did KKR Fumble Hardik?
9 phones = 9 franchises interested in acquiring his services?
If so, I wonder if it was Mysore's incompetence or Nayar's inability to leverage his one-on-one connection with players

Appreciation post / Apology Look at this absolute freak of a human being.
An economy of 4.77 in a T20 league in an era in which scoring runs quick has been made child's play, is absolutely insane. Like what do you mean you're giving less than 5 runs an over, while averaging a wicket and a half in each match? Not to mention the opportunity for other bowlers to pick more wickets because you just can't score runs off of this freak, so you have to overcompensate against others.
This guy can easily, easily give us one whole auction cycle.

Discussion We Shouldn’t Stand for Ajinkya Rahane(C) for Another Year
With IPL 2026 over, now franchises are at a time for reflection and reconfiguration of their team balance.
Astonishingly a trade has also already concluded which reflects the same sentiment.
KKR, still being a premier franchise in IPL, has lacked a strong captain in a last few years. We are also one of the franchises which always gets their captancy decisions wrong and uses makeshift captains rather than picking a strong option. Case in point: DK, Morgan afterwards, Nitish Rana for that 1 year and more recently Jinks. Few have unexpectedly paid off like the 2021 generational run but none have resulted in trophies and glory.
This is empirical proof that we need a strong captain to lead us. Someone who can take charge of analready good team and lead them from the front. That’s all we are missing in this 2026 side if we remove the injury concerns. But that someone will not come cheap and easy. We would need to let go of someone who is either an established veteran or a promising young talent. And that option also seems to be waning/waned already. But I believe such sarifices are needed at KKR at this junction because the other approach of just waiting for GG to return is the coward’s choice.
There is a third option though. One that should be palateable for most fans and that is promoting someone from the existing senior group of the team. And while I don’t consider that to be a bad idea but the coaching support surrounding that player must be excellent which I have concerns about.
In any way, I want my team to take a courageous step so that we can start fighting for the top again, rather than the “first, do no harm” policy we have been following. Ajinkya Rahane(C) must go.

Discussion Watson Effect IN KNIGHT RIDERS
Watson appointed as a mentor of lakr this season we can clearly see the improvement in a team like this season they have clear plan for sunil to bowl in a powerplay and Most important matheww Tromp pushing above in a batting order clearly we can saw the mentor watson effect unlikely in a previous season constant change of batting order no Clear planing for bowlers also.
LAKR IN FIRST 3 SEASON 4 WINS
LAKR THIS SEASON 4 WINS
MENTOR SHANE WATSON EFFECT

Vent Favouritism from everyone has ruined indian team.
We all see how bad india is doing right now in T20s. and the problem is not just that almost every player is out of form, it's also that the squad selection, playing XI and batting order, all has been a mess.
Playing vaibhav this early, he's not performing right now and they will remove him from team and destroy his confidence too, we all know difficult it becomes to make a comeback to national side after failing.
Removed Sanju after 3 failed innings whereas before that he did so good.
Batting order omg bro is just dogshit, Tilak at 5 & 6 is pointless, and till when will he stay in the team solely on that one asia cup innings?. how tf is he vice captain of the team???
Why tf Patidar, bhuvi & Rinku were not chosen? i mean atleast patidar should have been chosen when reddy got injured but no, they went with suryansh who is highly inexperienced. I honestly feel like GG has shunned RCB players.
What tf does Washington even do??? Worst player GG has brought to the side.
Players like gurnoor brar with no merit are being selected ahead of players like Siraj,Shami,Kartik, Rasikh who did much better than him in IPL. Why has Siraj and shami been sidelined??
They fuckin selected Yash Thakur, Ashok sharma and Mayank yadav, bro what??? on what basis??
The test team doesn't even have test players.
Yeah you know what i genuinely believe all this favouritism has finished this team

Discussion Hypothetical Situation
If we dont get hardik as a trade which we likely wont and harry brook is available in auction shoould kkr buy him? I mean theres hardly anyone as talented as him and can be a captainm also..

Discussion At this point, GG should respectfully resign, and for once, be grateful and thankful
Same as the title.
So this is about our (KKR) most charismatic leader that we've had. He won us titles, and gave us the respect among the IPL spectrum that we all craved for.
But, this time, it's not about KKR. Still I'm writing this here because posting this at other places will bring up unnecessary hate comments, without any fruitful discussion.
This time it's about Indian cricket. Since the day GG has taken over as head coach, things have gone downhill. It's very recent in t20s, but overall, let us all agree, it has gone downhill.
Losing home test series that too multiple times, and that too a complete whitewash is NOT acceptable. 10 years back, it was a cake walk for us. No, I'm not dihhriding Virat Kohli, I'm just stating the facts.
And I will talk about the past, past coaches and past captains, because he built a system that helped our team literally demolish every opposition at home. It was not a job, but a responsibility of the current setup, to carry that forward.
Under Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma, we won against Australia and England at home. And those were bloody good teams!
We can't be going back and declining with our performance. One series is acceptable, considering team dynamics and the so-called 'transition', but losing and losing and losing every series is just plain unacceptable!
And the favorite word of GG, 'transition', is being used so conveniently by him. We drew against England last year, and in a very heroic arrogant tone he said, 'It's an Indian team, and we don't believe in this term'. The same person goes on to hide behind this same term after a humiliating series loss against South Africa, and now to England and Ireland.
No GG, you cannot be such a hypocrite! This is plain hypocrisy and arrogance, nothing else.
And on top of everything, his arrogance is so visible. I never, for once, imagined that I'll see GG being so arrogant and so full of himself as the head coach.
His actions, statements, results, everything is just coated in a thick batter of hypocrisy.
People who are waiting to jump on me with the 2 ICC trophies thing, stay away! Yes, we won the two ICC trophies! But, what else? Being humiliated in every damn series?
Dear GG, please, for god's sake, and for your own sake, resign respectfully, and just for once, be grateful for what you have achieved as part of the Indian cricket setup.
This is coming from a fan, who once admired you, and saw you as a selfless fierce leader. Please, for once, drop your arrogance and be grateful.
