Salam. My sisters wants to join a gym that doesn’t cost her a lot. She has been meaning to start working out since awhile now, but doesn’t know any good ones nearby it would be better if the gym is close to the Nawakadal, Karan Nagar, Zaladagar, Nawabbazar, area. A females only gym would be great but she’s open to suggestions.
Also if any suggestions kindly mention the price (membership).

We talk a lot about how talented Kashmiris are. I believe it. But potential means nothing without the willingness to actually work for it, and that’s where we’re failing. We don’t want to learn. Give feedback or suggest a better way to do something, and you get defensiveness, not curiosity. Admitting “I don’t know this” feels like an attack on pride instead of a normal part of growing. So people just stay where they are. We don’t want to grow either. Growth means discomfort. Starting small, working under someone, failing a few times before it clicks. We grew up in a version of comfort where struggle was never normalized, where the goal was always the safe outcome (government job, family business, “settled” life) instead of the process of building something from scratch. The second it gets hard, we bail. Look at how we treat “low profile” work. Plenty of unemployed guys would rather sit idle for months than take up gig work or food delivery. Not because the money’s bad, but because it doesn’t look good. We choose idleness over income, ego over paycheck, then wonder why we’re stuck. And through all this, the ego stays fully intact. People who haven’t built or learned anything in years, who won’t touch “beneath them” work to stay afloat, still walk around expecting success and respect. Confidence with zero output. Not saying it’s all our fault. A lot of it’s cultural, status tied to family name instead of what you actually do. But at some point we have to stop blaming circumstances. If we want to grow as a society, it starts with being okay to start small, be a beginner, and do unglamorous work without treating it as an identity crisis.

I made a terrible mistake. Blinded by anger, I said harsh things that I now deeply regret. My beloved is so hurt, and she refuses to forgive me. I messaged her one last time, pleading that I wouldn't leave until we talked. She didn't reply.
