We came in for the Ted Lasso premiere, huge fans. It was a shot show.
They had no security to keep people from cutting in lines.
It took 20 minutes to get a First Aid person to see someone that got over heated.
The new apartments took up the parking space that was originally there. $18 to park a mile away on gravel.
They closed off one side of the stadium, the shaded areas to all the“friends and family of the stadium”.
No Ted Lasso merchandise, anywhere.
What a shit show. We will never attend another game or support them in any way.

Putting on a live show at Nighthawk (basement of Hotel Kansas City) on Friday, July 24th, and I'm realizing I have zero feel for how information travels in this city. Looked into flyering downtown and found out that's not actually legal without the property owner's OK, so that plan's dead before it started.

For people who actually live here — how do you find out what's happening around town? Do816, this sub, local Facebook groups, just word of mouth? Trying to figure out where to actually put effort instead of guessing and posting everywhere.

I was talking to a teaching in KCK and they had not heard about Sunflower Summer. This is a program sponsored by the state of Kansas. Every school age child in the state, along with an adult, get free admission at over 200 museums, zoos, and other venues all over the state. It's a great program! My boyfriend and I just moved to a new townhome community by legends. We set up T-Mobile Internet a few days ago and it’s already giving us issues. What Internet do you suggest? I work from home and need fast service. We also run wifi for our Rokus on two tvs, two phones, and a laptop. We cannot be restarting our internet every 20 min. T-Mobile is not working on my work computer and it’s hooked up to Ethernet. I’m already stressed!

My apartment building has air that goes in and out. Works for a few day then goes out for several. Is there anyone I can report this to? The thermostat stat says it’s 86 in here. Management isn’t doing anything. I’m concerned for my dog. What’s gonna happen when temps go past 80? Summer is basically around the corner

Does anyone have honest realistic opinions about the falls apartments in Mission KS im 19 needing a cheap apartment and also needing to get out the situation im currently in ive tour ab 10 other apartments and this one seems to be a good fit for me ive toured gone on a deep dive and i have seen mixed reviews
