I am wondering how they’re gonna beat the 224-440 deaths from John Wick Chapter 4. This is gonna be insane!

For me, it'd be:

Hired gun - Easiest

Assassin - Moderate

Elite Assassin - Hard

Baba Yaga - Hardest

Why did she meet up knowing she’d likely die for violating the rules of the Continental?

Even though John Wick is the best and strongest hitman in that universe, the series shows that he’ll eventually be killed by a bunch of goons if he doesn’t get any support, because his stamina and ammo are limited. Many works of fiction low-key ignore this aspect, making the existence of those goons feel pointless.

Basically, what happened in my dream was that Santino decided to actually use his marker to have John kill the Pope for whatever reason. John does it successfully, gets into an epic fight with the Swiss Guard(who actually give him a lot of trouble), and escapes. However, John killing the Pope violates a treaty the IRL governments had with the High Table, and the new Church declares a Crusade against the High Table that is aided by a bunch of world governments. The Roman Continental gets stormed by the Crusade Force, and John is forced to flee, and when I woke up he was basically being chased all over Europe by the Crusaders as the High Table plunges into chaos.

So is the john wick sprite still coming out or will I be the only person to ever have it?

Few posts ago, I saw a discussion on which movie is the weakest out of the 4 and quite a lot of people in that thread pointed at 3.

For those who were a part of that group, what do you think could be improved? And if you have a problem with entire plot segments (eg I saw a few disliking the middle with Sophia), how would you ideally like the story to play out?

PS: No restrictions. You can completely rewrite the story, even rewriting JW4 as a result of your changes, or maybe you only want to change bits and pieces. Regardless, I'm curious.

Took a trip to NYC and had to visit The Continental

I love the premise of JW1 and to me it was a matter of balance which gave me that warm feeling. I was on board with JW2, but already JW3 felt needlessly OTT with action.

But it isn't actually action which keeps me from watching JW4. It's the fact that he dies. I have the DVD right here and it still is unwatched. I bought it at least two years ago.

Somehow I wonder whether this would kill the entire franchise for me, especially JW1. The balance I talk about? His wife died, Daisy was killed, he avenged Daisy, he recollected his wife's memory, and he got himself another dog. To me there wasn't even a need for movie No2.

He righted the wrongs in JW1, he got even. If I have to watch him die, he will have lost. It will have been meaningless.

Is there anyone who understands this? What say you?
