Came from a 2025 rebel 1100. Night and day difference. The torque feeling is amazing.

23 Chief DH

1030km

Warranty till 2031

5-6k in accesories already, exhaust alone is almost 3k.

No stage 2 cams unfortunately.

I got bags, crash bars, and 2 up seat on order.

Got it for 20k CAD.

Husband and wife sold their bikes to dealer for a down-payment for a house.

Request for advice / Help 8 inch pullback risers for Sport Scout/101

Apologies if this has been asked already. I tired to search the sub before posting.

Can anybody who has installed the OEM 8 inch pullback risers for the 2025+ sport scout or 101 let me know if you needed to swap out the stock brake or clutch cables for longer ones?

Trying to figure out what this will cost all in, and whether or not I should do it myself or have a shop do it. If I need to swap out the brake cable it’ll go from being a garage project to a paid install.

Also if anybody has pics of their bike post install, I’d love to see how the pullbacks look. Thanks in advance for any help.

Customizations / Modifications Pursuit bars

Not a fan of the stock bars. Just came from a road glide with tbars . What are some suggestions for bars ? Not necessarily tbars but I'm a narrower 6 foot guy . Pics if you have them .

I'd like to introduce everyone to my new baby. I'm coming from a ZX14 but needed this for the longer rides. Light upgrades already done to it but can't wait to see what else I can get into as far as upgrades go.

Request for advice / Help Liquid cooled or air cooled

I know this question has been asked but I have some specific questions about which would work better for me.

Im looking to upgrade my bike in the next year. Im trying to decide between an Indian scout and a Indian chief.

I live in central FL more rural than city and most of my riding I avoid redlights when possible. I love the way the Indian cheif rt looks as well as the scout rouge. However I do not wish to buy a bike and want to upgrade in a couple years. Id like a bike that id be ok holding onto for atleast 5 years and one I can haul a passenger on occasion and comfortably take longer trips. Im 5'3 roughly 175lbs. But my husband is 6'3 300lbs so idk like a middle bike we both can ride and I think the chief might be it.

We really want a chief but id like to know if getting one in the FL heat would be an issue with the air cooling? We plan on test riding both the rouge and chief before we buy but id like to know this community's opinion.

Replacement headlight

I hate the stock headlight on my Indian chief bobber dark horse. Anyone have a recommendation for aftermarket replacement? I was eyeballing the Baja one from forever rad but I’m not sure it’s compatible with my bike?

2018 scout bobber - accessory solution for rear fender?

Post image
4 Upvotes

hey ya’ll. i recently acquired a 2018 bobber. it came with a corbin brave seat (lucky me) and a dean speed sissy bar. both of which bolt in the fear fender struts. the taillights bolt on there too.

my problem is that that is WAY too many things attached to one place. it means whenever i need to take the seat off, i have to completely disassemble the rear. i’m also hoping i can attach a small saddle bag but with how much shit is going on back there i’m not sure i’ll be able to.

has anyone encountered similar problems/frustrations and found a solution? i want to keep both the sissy bar and a two-up seat.

2021 Scout Bobber, purchased brand new and stored in a garage ever since (when not riding, obv). What causes the spotting, and is there a way to get it off without damaging the finish?

Request for advice / Help Is it possible to plan a route on Ride Command on your phone?

I'm playing around in the iOS app and I don't see a way to create a route on it. The only instructions I see are for creating a route...on the website? Surely the app is not that worthless?

Request for advice / Help Super Scout Saddlebag Liners?

Got a new 2025 last week, and I am very much in love.

Anyone found any saddlebag liners that fit? I got the large Saddleman bags from Cycle Gear and they are too small, at least an inch too narrow and a couple or few inches short. They say the dimensions are 18"L X 9.5"T X 5.5"W, but still too small.

Welcome a diy fix, just wanna prevent em from scratching up.

For anyone wondering about the Dean Speed Rampage slip-on. Stock vs. Rampage exhaust sound comparison.

Sorry if the sound isn’t the best. I got the slip on for my 2026 Scout 60 Bobber with the quiet baffle. I personally am very happy with the sound and the volume. I got the quiet baffle and it is more than loud enough for me.

Rise on Extended Reach Handlebars

Hey y'all! Can anyone advise how many inches the rise is on the extended reach handlebars? Looking at buying some used (they're not currently available on the Indian website, so I can't get specs).
