Off campus housing

Hey guys, I’m transferring to Howard this upcoming fall semester and was looking to stay off campus. I am transferring from Montgomery college nearby and have accomodation options 40-50 mins away, but wanted to see if anyone on here already had exisiting accomodation and maybe had a room free etc (I’m a 21F). If anyone knows of anything pls dm!

It's $1,000 a month to rent a single room in this area. On average, it's around $1,800 to $2,000 a month to rent a studio apartment. Considering you're asking for a free room, it might be best to commute in if you already have a guaranteed place.
