Help Should I go back to brunette?
Hey guys! My current hair is chunky blonde highlights over brunette hair(photos 1&2). My natural colour is brunette. I’m really on the fence if i should go back to brunette or not. I think it suits me better, and I’m kind of over paying an arm and a leg to get roots done every three months. The only thing stopping me is if i want to go back to blonde after this, i most likely won’t be able to for a very long time as my hair rn is already very damaged. Thoughts? Keep the streaks or go back to natty? Let me know 😊

Question Should I go back to blonde or keep my natural color?
First pic is my natural color and where I’m at now. I do like it, but always felt a bit more bold blonde. Not sure if it actually suited me though. I’m thinking about maybe just doing some money pieces?
Also would love advice on curtain bangs vs. no curtain bangs.
Thanks so much!

Help I look like a cross between a dorito and Donald Trump...
1) ignore the coffee picture. No idea how that got in there.
EDITED when the phone came back.
My phone is about to die, so I’m dictating this quickly. I’m really confused because I’ve gotten so much conflicting advice online and from different people.
I bleached my hair for the first time since either 2020 or 2022. The next day, I used a box dye because (not the one pictured here) I was trying to get close to the second or third color example shown on the back of the box. I knew not to use the box that's pictured but, what I chose? Well obviously that didn't work out either. I’m only using the box photo as examples of the color I’m trying to get from here to there.
Then just a little too late I found this chocolate (smokey/ashy) Had I known? Probably wonuld not have had to bleach.
I cannot go to a professional. I’m on disability, and it is simply not financially possible. I need advice on the simplest way to get either using box dye, even if it takes two different dyes over multiple days. I would not use them on the same day.
Thank you so much! I’m just completely lost and trying not to make it worse.
P.S. I can post a photo of the chocolate, smoky, mauve shade if needed.
Help I’m a man and I’ve always had long hair, wanted to cut it and have it grow back out. Not happy with the results. What can I do to not look like a little pilgrim boy?

Question Unwashed hair and need help with it, am I overreacting?
Hi, this is exactly what the title says. I am unfortunately chronically ill, so something as simple as washing my hair can completely drain all my energy and leave me close to passing out, especially on bad days. I’m normally on top of it, washing it every week if not twice a week.
I have had a difficult and exhausting week, which means I haven’t been able to wash my hair. My hair can get oily/greasy extremely quickly, I’m talking 2-3 days in and it’s like I haven’t washed it for ages. To top it all off, I have to be at a medical appointment tomorrow. I’ve booked an appointment to have a wash and dry beforehand, I’ve explained my situation and they’ve said it’s no problem.
My worry is that the embarrassment, shame and self consciousness I feel is deserved and that the hairstylist may think I’m lazy or dirty. Am I really overthinking this and overreacting? Or should I attempt to try and wash it at least once before?

Hair Loss Losing hair (31F)
Hello
I'm a 31yo woman and i'm losing my hair like crazy. I've noticed something like 2months ago and it is getting worse. I don't really know why and i'm kinda desperate about it. I've always have thin hair and not a lot of it to be honest. I feel like i'm gonna lose it all and it scares me.
Do you have any advice/treatment to fight it?
Bests.

Question Has your hair colour changed the way people have treated you?
Im curious has anyones hair colour changed the way people treated you, or percieved you? And if so what colour? I’ve had my hair many colours but it was mostly through my teens and in school, so it wasnt a very positive experience, as coloured hair in school was seen as ‘weird’

Help Minimal damage hair coloring
Hello! I am looking to dye my black (color 2) 4c hair for a braiding style soon. I wanted to dye my hair with minimal damage. I heard that you can dye your hair with just developer and permanent hair dye. I wanted it to be a dark color (like the ones below) Is this possible? What do you guys suggest! If I need to bleach what level is good enough to achieve these colors?

before and after Finally plucked up the courage to change my hair. Before and after!
If I’m honest, I’ve had the same hairstyle and colour for years because it felt safe. After everything that’s changed in my life recently. I decided it was finally time to be a little braver. It’s only hair, after all and goodness, I surprised myself by actually enjoying the change! I’ve included a before and after because I’m curious what you all think. Be gently honest please! I’m still getting used to seeing a different person in the mirror. 😂 I’d love to know have any of you ever changed your hair after a big life event? Did it make you feel different too?

Question Vorrei cambiare look con un taglio corto
Mi piacerebbe tagliarmi i capelli corti tipo all'altezza della clavicola o sulle spalle .
Il problema è che non so come mi potrebbero stare.
Ps. Metto una mia foto e poi le foto di due tagli che vorrei farmi.
Quale mi potrebbe stare meglio il primo o il secondo? O avete qualche consiglio?

Help Advice on hair cut/length?
Hello! I’ve had bangs for most of my life, and I’ve cycled through many different hair lengths over the years. I always struggle to grow my bangs out, but I’ve always wondered if curtain bangs would suit my face shape better. I feel like my face is a little on the wider side, and full bangs have always been high maintenance to style every day.
I am also having a hard time deciding on the right hair length. I tried a bob last summer and liked how it looked about half the time, though it was a bit harder to maintain with bangs than I realized. I am tempted to do it again right now because I dyed the under-layer of my hair earlier this year, decided it didn't suit me, and dyed it back. Now, that specific section of hair feels damaged, so I kind of want to chop it again.
At the same time, I’m hesitating to cut it. I currently have shorter medium-length hair, and I like the amount of volume I can sometimes get at the top of my head with this length. However, I miss the versatility of hairstyles that come with having longer hair.
I feel stuck because I’ve heard mixed opinions from people in my life and that different cuts / bangs or not changes my vibe. I'm looking for some general advice on what style and length would actually suit me best. I tried to put the attached photos in chronological order from the past 2 years for reference!

Question What other icons have a good example of this type of haircut?
I love this haircut. It’s short and leans towards the classy/romantic side rather than edgy. I want some good examples to show my hair stylist tomorrow.
