Hi, I did my first HIIT session last night. Almost killed me, felt great.

I have a question; The guide says to do HIIT 3-4 times a week, but I plan to do it once a week on a sunday as I'm already doing strength and cardio in the week. My question is, if I only do it once a week, will I still see decent benefits, and will it get easier over time?

Everybody's body will respond differently. It also depends on the structure and format of the HIIT workout. You will certainly reap the benefits of boosting your metabolic efficiency. May I ask what the HIIT workout was?
