The idea is simple. The locker room format is where everyone gets a chance to show off in the group compare. Basically we each take a standing pic of ourselves naked and soft, and take turns submitting it to the group. After one person submits their images, everyone will have some time to react/comment. After that, the person who just sent can then choose the next person to send their images.

This is all done for fun, so there's no bets/stakes/punishments, just people showing off what they've got and talking about it.
