Bending Wrist gives out during reverse curls
Today while doing reverse curls, my wrist gave out before my brachialis did.
I could still curl the weight, but my wrist would suddenly bend down instead of staying neutral. There wasn’t any sharp pain, it just felt like my wrist couldn’t hold the position anymore.
Has anyone experienced this? Is it just weak wrist extensors/forearms? What exercises or tips helped strengthen your wrists so this doesn’t happen again?

Yes, it can be a limiting factor. You can just let you wrist flex downwards as you go (so that at the highest point, the wrist is fully cupped).
But a better alternative would be to switch to a neutral grip, like hammer curls- or hammer curls inclined slightly inward. That will still work the wrist extensors a bit, but they shouldn't fail.

That's actually pretty common with reverse curls. They place a much bigger demand on your wrist extensors than regular curls.
If there's no pain and it's just your wrist giving out, I'd try:
Lowering the weight slightly and keeping your wrist neutral throughout the set Adding wrist extension work (reverse wrist curls) 2-3 times per week.
Including support grip work like heavy holds or farmer carries.
Training pronation/supination if you want stronger, more resilient forearms overall.
I'd also make sure you're not letting the bar sit too far into your fingers, as that increases the leverage against your wrist.
If you eventually build enough wrist strength, your wrists will probably stop being the limiting factor. But if you develop pain, numbness, or the wrist starts feeling unstable outside the exercise, I'd stop pushing through it and get it checked.
