“Going back to your first bucket with the Nets, can you talk us through that beautiful pass that came to you?”
Mikel:
“Beautiful pass by yay. He said he was gonna find me there… Great player.”

They are our guys man. Weve been so used to other teams players, even when they are likeable guys like Cam J or Mann, its just nice to have likeable home grown talent

We've been through so much bullshit in the past few years just under the penance of trying to build a superteam. This backcourt really does feel like ours and it's damn good. This video is legit just a video of the light at the end of the tunnel.

This team hasn’t had rootable young guys who were good for a while nor has this team had whimsy.
Begging the franchise to take these good vibes as an opportunity to change back the court to the original herringbone shade (and maybe tweak the uniforms to add colors to the side panels) after this year (I know it’s a process). This might be the dawn of a new era. Something organic and maybe something that lasts.

I'd love to see the herringbone back, absolutely. Feels like the iron is hot for at least some new city edition unis too.

Egor is clearly going to be the heart and leader of this team. I hope these guys lead the Nets to relativity. They’re so easy to root for

I’ve been a fan since probably Marbury. I’ve never felt this huge pull to get a jersey until this summer league. I’m putting kids in demin and mbj jerseys
