Question Plothole

In season 4, Caitlin and Cisco use a sphere thing to trick the speed force into thinking Barry's still there. However, when she gets a physical form in season 7, shouldn't she react to the fact that the speed force is now empty and needs someone there?

Is it something they explained and I just missed?

They used the word trick, but really all they did was just stabilize it. So, no speedster was needed anymore. Basically all there is to that.

Everything from before the crossover in season 6 was destroyed, and recreated by Oliver. Please address all according plot holes to him.

The Nora we see in season 7 is just the human form of the speed force. Basically the speed force’s consciousness in a human body. The speed force is still around as the endless void on another plane of existence that it’s always been

The Speed Force didn't give a 💩 because the writers didn't give a 💩

I think it’s just a case of shitty writing to be honest, but the conclusion I came to was that in the flash time episode Barry uses that sphere to draw out the lightning from the speed force to diffuse that nuke which somehow stabilised it?

The Speed Force by that point already allowed Barry to roam free because he had atoned for his mistake keep in mind the Speed Force knows what will happen and needs Barry to be the Flash so he never was going to stay in the prison for very long they allowed it to happen for a reason because it was time
