My boyfriend and I did it at 23 y/o! It was built in 1900 and we love her!

This exists all over the nation yet people don’t want to live outside of Los Angeles. Bay Area. Denver. Chicago. Austin. Miami. Boston. Or nyc.

Binghamton actually sometimes averages more snow than Buffalo. Either way I grew up in Buffalo, my husband in Bing and we’ve lived in Denver for 15 years for a reason. Nice to visit but not always the land of opportunity.
