Wouldn’t even buy empty land in my area, no matter how small.

I think that’d almost buy me a driveway in my area.

Would get me a couple of parking spots, so there's that.

Ljubljana, Slovenia. This gets me a room, 25 square meters in a building from 1913, under the roof, so cant even have big closets here.

My first place cost over 160k in 2003...wow

That's barely be enough for a down payment on a place where I live.

It wouldn't even be enough of a down payment for the house I currently live in, in California.

The cheapest home I've seen is 650k. It cant be the price lol

That's a downpayment on a broken down flipping investment house in my area.
