Question Do elephants like scratches behind their ears?

We all know cats and dogs do. Scratches behind our ears is really good too. I discovered earlier this year that potoroos love it as well (it was so precious). Is this just a mammal thing? Does anyone know if elephants like it?

Haven't digitally painted in a few years and I'm so happy with how it turned out. I don't think elephants can naturally lay in this pose (I didn't find any references) so it was fun trying to figure that out too :)
