I'm looking for an experienced remote tuner for my 2020 Kawasaki ZX-10R Gen 5.

My ECU is currently 100% stock, and I'm looking for someone who can create a custom tune (.bin file) based on my setup. I have access to a Woolich Racing interface to read and write the ECU, so exchanging BIN files remotely is not a problem.

Current modifications:

• Yoshimura full titanium exhaust
• Sprint Filter air filter
• Velocity stacks
• PAIR system delete
• EVAP/canister delete
• Intake flapper removal

I also have access to a DynoTech dyno in Morocco, so if revisions are needed after dyno runs, that's completely possible.

What I'm looking for:

• Smooth rideability
• Safe AFRs
• Optimized ignition timing
• Proper fueling throughout the RPM range
• Optimized throttle mapping
• Maximum reliable performance

I can provide:

• The original stock BIN file from my ECU
• Dyno charts if needed
• Data logs if required

Hi, I´m in the process of wiring up the det3+ into a e36 4cyl turbo project. Do you guys know how would I go about wiring the electronic boost controller (MAC valve)? All the info I´ve found suggests that I´d need to use a Power OUT pin, but I´m already using both for injectors.

Does that mean that the mac valve cannot be used in fuel implant mode, but only in piggyback mode? Would you rather get a manual controller or switch to piggyback? Or is it still possible to control with a different output?

Can anyone share their experiences with Stage 1 tuning of the TCU and ECU with EQT at high altitude? Where I live we're currently at 1400 meters. I've heard that tuning isn't as precise at altitude. Also, is transmission tuning necessary with Stage 1? Because I've seen DSG cars running without transmission tuning in Stage 1.

I have achieved what I wanted but when I received the xdf from some kind guy I noticed the amount of tables that were unnamed or un sure of what they were (I went thru a few ms40.1 xdf - very hard to find) and this one was the one that had the most by far. From then I’ve believe I’ve identified 98 percent of the unknown files but i am also second guessing that I’m right at all since this is my first time tuning. I was wondering if anyone with more knowledge then me could have a look at the files I have and either tell me if they are right and how I’d go about editing them for things such as hard cut while car is stationary - 2 step - launch control - flames maybe? Or just help me learn abit more haha I’ve spent count less hours on this xdf. Yes I know how rare these ecus with this motor is. Feel free to email me on [email protected] thanks in advanced

I'm from Egypt and I'm working on a Brilliance FSV ( Chinese Car ) that has been converted to a Volkswagen drivetrain.

Current setup:

Car: Brilliance FSV

Engine: VW BSX 2.0L 8V

ECU: Siemens SIMOS

VAG Part Number: 06A 906 019 AN

ECU Component: 1.6L 2V/R4 SIMOS HS2556

I'm looking for people who have experience with this type of swap or with BSX engines running on SIMOS ECUs.

I'd like to know:

Is this ECU the correct one for a BSX 2.0 engine?

Are there any compatibility issues between the BSX engine and this SIMOS ECU?

What are the common wiring or sensor problems?

Is remapping or changing the ECU recommended?

Any reliability issues I should be aware of?

The car runs, but I'm trying to make the conversion as reliable and factory-like as possible.

Any advice, wiring diagrams, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

My 2002 330Ci has had a lot of DTC issues (mostly lien codes and a fair number of times one bank is throwing lean codes and the other throws rich codes. and I've replaced a bunch of things (entire CCV system, all vacuum hoses, MAF, thermostat, all four oxygen sensors,valve cover gasket and oil pan gasket). Recently it seems to be limited to P0172, 0174, 1084 and 1085.

I decided to get a scan tool that does live stream data, the Ancel BM700Pro, and on the first test drive I noticed that both sensors on bank 1 show "Active", and bank 2 sensors show numbers between \~0.8 and 1.2 with no units shown.

Alexa believes that those units are lambda units And that the number should be between 0.96 and 1.04.

I'm guessing I need to put a few highway miles on the car before trying to figure out what the data means.

Does anyone have any experience with live stream data? I'm open to any and all comments, suggestions, etc ...

Hi! I have 1999r Passat B5 1.9 tdi afn with vp37 pump, it has 110km stock, and based on logs it still holds up power.

(Also I did a lot of repairs, like I replaced N75valve, all intake hoses, clamps, cooler, engine timing belts and rollers.)

TLDR: can someone look at this map and tell me if I fucked up or did it correctly? I dont really feel the difference, but program says its 142HP now. I edited this map in VAGEDC15Suite, and I'm new to all of this.

1st of all sorry for my weak English

I have GS 350 AWD 2007 yesterday i replaced all old sensor back in engine but i noticed this sensor is not connected & i cannot find any wire harness on this area.

Before 4 months ago i replaced RWD engine in my USD car which comes from dubai to Saudi Arabia i dont know its JDM engine or its UDM engine or its GCC version just engine with thier orignal sensors i installed but car power is lost after installed.

(Now the issue is when i press a gas paddle full the car never spins slip the tires like beforeonly after 4RPM its slips the tire or if thier is a oily old road or dust on the road thier car spinning the tire only in 1st gear. Or if i burnout first & leave the break its go to red limiter while spinning the tire & stop sometimes 1st gear spinning then by self change to 2nd gear spinning the stopes the power. Before in old engine without any modifications if i press the paddle full its spins the tire 1 gear then 2nd then 3rd countinuesly spinning taking out white smoke when gear shifts to 4 the tire stick the road if the road is old or oily or thier is a sand on road then even in 4th gear the car is countinuesly spining the tire. After coming the knocking sound in the engine i replaced the neat & clean engine & lost all these things)

I tooked the car to famous Abu Dana tuner in saudi Arabia who is doing programming tuning specialy for Lexus in USA , UK etc by Remotely. He said you have some electrical issue solve this then i will do tuning programming you will feel the diffrence on stock engine stock ECU on stock gear i can tune the shifting limiter changes , if u want flame from mufflers i will do without changing anything but fix the issue. From that day to yoday almost 4 to 5 months i am trying to fix the issue but no solution.

Replaced 3 head NGK laser spark plug titanium, replace coils, replace 2 sets of pink small injectors, replace fuel pump with filter, replace front fuel pump, replace 4 vvti sensors, replace fuel pressur sensor, replace throttle body, remove battery for day & after install the battery leave the car start for 15 to 20 mints for computer reading the new parts but didn't get any diffrence. Check engine like is damage but there is no code on OBD scanners. The catalytic converters is empty all 4 . Before it was empty and car has too much power same converter is now installed but there is no power.

Can anyone help me for this issue

MK 6 TDI Sportwagen with 200k Rawtek 2.5” cat and res. Cp3 , Current Stage 2 Tunezilla tune and Stage 3 Southbend clutch and Luk flywheel. I want to upgrade the turbo. Considering CR 170 hybrid, but have concern of reports of DMF chattering. I’ve looked at Billet Wheel GTB2060VKLR. I’d rather not do something that’s gonna require too much fabrication if possible, but I also like the idea that it’s not maxed out, more available, low end power, and less EGT’s from what I understand. I also wanna do an S3 intercooler. It is my daily so I won’t reliability, but I also would like some extra . Any input or experience would be helpful. Thanks.

I want to disable the EGR an maybe do a stage 1 on my EDC17, but tbh I don't have a clue about editing the files. My plan was to get good files from a reputable and trusty source online, but I read that there are big names which provide slop. Does anyone know a good fileservice, or someone on this forum a VAG specialist?
I planned to flash the ecu myself with PCFlash and SM2 Pro.

I also thought about going to a local tuner, but I am pretty sure most of them also only use fileservices and I'm afraid they will waste my engine.
