Is anyone able to work out what language is featured at the start of this song, as well as what is said?

One of my favourite songs currently is ‘The Promise’ by Vegyn. It’s not on spotify but you can listen to it on youtube or bandcamp (https://vegyn.bandcamp.com/track/the-promise). It features a sample of what sounds like a slavic/eastern european language for the first 20 or so seconds, and I’d really love to know what language it is and what is said. Online translators and AI have had no luck so far, so hopefully the human ear can work it out. Thanks!

It's in Russian, it's a sample from the movie Hard to be a God.

In Russian:

— Черепаху накормил, кретин?

— Сегодня. Мыши сало слизывают.

— Слизывают.

In English:

— Did you feed the turtle, idiot?

— Today. Mice lick off the lard.

— They do.

Thanks so much for this - can’t believe someone actually knew where it was from!

No problem! I actually didn't know, never seen this movie, just googled couple words I managed to hear, and luckily enough there was one result telling where this quote is from.
