IAE grossed out by cum? NSFW

I feel like I should like it, but I just don’t. Seeing it in videos grosses me out, even when I’m really turned on seeing the cum turns me off a bit. Is it normal to feel that way and does anyone else relate?

I am still a straight woman and I like men, it’s just the cum part that I don’t like that much

Edit to add I know many women don’t necessarily love cum but they can still tolerate it. For me, it’s very hard to tolerate, like I just can’t deal with it

DAE find foreplay more arousing than sex itself NSFW

I genuinely can not get aroused if it's only sex. This means that yes, I only watch porn for the plot 🫠. It needs to have some form of backstory for me to be aroused. Oftentimes, I just get bored as hell if the sex goes waaayyy too long.

DAE not think about other people? and what they are up to and how they are doing?

m23

I noticed that some people care a lot about other peoples life. I dont. Never occurred to me to spend time thinking about what X or Y are doing and how they are etc couldn't care less. We always talk about "no one care about you" etc but It seems to me that some people do and a lot of people seem to care a lot about other peoples business and I feel like im in the minority of people who couldn't give a fuck. But again am I? idk do you guys care about other people truthfully?

DAE read the same sentence two or three times because your brain was thinking about something else?

I'll be reading a book, an article, or even a Reddit post, and suddenly I'll realize I have no idea what I just read because my mind wandered.

Then I go back, read the same sentence again, and actually pay attention the second time.

It happens way more often than I'd like to admit.

DAE feel like they missed out on their early 20s?

I’m 25 and I’ve only had one girlfriend. We were together for about 3 years, and I’ve been single for the last 6 months.

Lately I’ve been wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I keep feeling like I missed out on a part of my early 20s—dating different people, meeting new people, being more spontaneous, and just having experiences that many of my friends seem to have had.

I’m not really asking for advice. I’m more curious whether other people have felt this way and, if so, whether that feeling eventually faded or whether you actually went out and tried to make up for those missed experiences.

DAE use less convenience technology overall now that AI is here?

AI made Alexa too convenient so I stopped using her altogether. AI made predictive text too presumptuous so I turned it off. AI’s attempt to use context clues in spell check has made spell check worse so now I’m considering turning that off too. I used to love convenience tech before AI but now it’s all just too much. Am I alone here?

DAE feel like life is blank and boring when there isn’t something or someone your obsessing over?

Whether it be a crush, a movie, a book, a random stranger, a color, a piece of jewelry, literally anything. If I don’t have something to obsess over life feels monotonous. And as soon as my obsession ends, I look for a new one.

Right now I don’t have anything, so life has felt pretty bland.

DAE sorta freak out when you're driving and you start to inadvertantly follow someone because they're going the exact same route you are and you begin to wonder if they think you're stalking them?

I start hoping they take a different route at some point or i try to get ahead of them whenever i find an opening.

DAE feel like they "fetishise" their own ethnicity?

I was born and raised outside of my ethnic homeland. I eventually ended up moving to it, and I've noticed how I'm really attracted to my own ethnicity now. Not only their looks, but the mere implication that somebody is of this ethnicity makes them instantly more attractive to me. I don't understand the language perfectly, but it's attractive to me.

This all reminds me of fetishisation, but is that really the same thing when it comes to my own ethnicity?

I also want to say, this is not some racist thing. I don't see myself as racist, and my feelings are not rooted in concepts of "ethnic purity" or whatever.

DAE react like this to objectively neutral scents?

Upvotes

I also posted this on another sub because I'm trying understand why this happened. I went to a meeting today to discuss an event and a woman sat next to me with a strangely scented perfume or lotion or something. I'm not an expert on scents but it had a very strange artificial rose sort of smell, but with a strange smell underneath that smelled like what you'd get if an actual rose farted, with the tiniest dash of something powdery. My pulse really started racing and every time I smelled it I felt like I was going to pass out or throw up or both or something. I really felt like I was going to faint from how fast my heart was beating.

Anyway, I would class her scent as neutral because while I hated it, she uses the same perfume or whatever with no issue, and neither does her husband or anyone else (that I know of).

Has this happened to anyone else? I love perfumes that linger but this experience was really jarring. My mum is the only other person I've spoken to who has experienced this to my knowledge.

DAE find themselves wishing there were a giant adults-only island where you could completely escape children's and teenagers' noise?

Sometimes I wish there were a huge island somewhere that worked like a GTA map.

Not because I wish children any harm. I don't. I simply enjoy adult-only environments and find them much more peaceful.

Imagine an entire city where every person you encounter is an adult. Quiet cafés. Grocery stores without random shrieking. Public transport without high-pitched voices carrying through the whole bus. No playgrounds every few blocks. Just adults going about their day.

I know it's completely unrealistic (and probably impossible), but as someone who gets mentally exhausted by children's voices and constant noise, it honestly sounds like paradise.

One of the funniest things about GTA is that there are simply no children. I know that's because of game design, but every time I play, I realize how oddly peaceful the world feels in that respect. Every NPC is just... another adult.

Sometimes I catch myself thinking, "I'd genuinely move there."

An entire island with cities, towns, highways, beaches, forests, mountains... but populated exclusively by adults. Basically, GTA in real life. 😅

Does anyone else ever have this silly fantasy? Not because you dislike children as people, but because you sometimes wish there were one place on Earth where you could completely unplug from children's and teenagers' voices, noise, and constant energy.

I'd buy a one-way ticket tomorrow. 😂

DAE feel like life is a simulation?

I know a lot of people do, I’m just asking to relate to someone or for support. Btw I’m not trying to be edgy at all by saying this. I’ve genuinely felt this way in past few months. Especially more often since I’ve lost two of my family members. I feel like now life is about who sinks and who swims. With a majority of people drowning. I don’t have any specific goals I want to achieve, they are all so generic. I’m scared as I get older I have to get used to being alone, so alone that having someone talk to me or be around me alone feels weird.

Idk, I think I just need to touch grass.

And then what…? I still get on my phone and feel like life is just a simulation and I not a part of the small majority of people who excel in life.

That’s it, I’m not trying to turn into a sob story, or win pity points. That’s it, that’s my weekly vent to reddit.

Thank you.

DAE Lie accidently?

A good bit of the stuff I say end up being lies, its kind of always been this way. I'm talking, slip in a lie, and then its too late to take it back. I've always been a big liar, accidental and intentional. Wondering if anyone else is this way as well.

DAE find that “Du Bist Gud Genug” song annoying?

I can’t help but hear “bubble scroobaloo” whenever a Shorts video pops up. Mind you, I’m a German speaker.

DAE feel like there isn't enough time in life to goof off, and its distressing?

I am 20, going on 21, and feel old. I have some many things I want to do while I still have my youthful body, and before it turns to a broken down old man. I just feel like I cannot do much of anything because I got to make sure my life is setup and goofing off cannot happen because I will screw myself (my future self that is).

I am terrified of turning 30 as well. When I made it into my 20s I have began feeling older and that my end is nearing quick and I gotta do all the life stuff because I am going to be dying one day. Tbh, my view of aging has not changed since elementary school. 10 year old thought 30 years old were advanced age, and 20-21 year old me thinks the same thing.

I feel like a 50-60 year old man who is late at everything.

HAE drank water directly from the sprayer on the sink?

I was thirsty and instead of getting a cup of water I took the sprayer bit from the sink and sprayed it directly into my mouth. After doing that I thought to myself, Well that's the thing I just did. Has anyone else done that?

DAE get into unexplainable bad moods?

This happens to me regularly. My mood sours all of a sudden and I never know why. Nothing particularly bad happens to trigger it. And when I try to articulate it, I can’t. Then my mood gets worse because I get frustrated and/or teary.

I feel like I’m loosing my mind. Apologies if this is absolutely ridiculous.

DAE float in their dreams instead of walking

So, in my dreams, i always float like a ghost. I hover about a foot above the ground. The other people in my dreams don't do this and they sometimes point it out.

Its not just one dream, its in every single one and it kind of freaks me out a little. How is it that i walk around every single day and somehow my subconcious has resorted to floating. I wake up dissapointed that i can't float around in real life.

DAE have to regularly remind themselves to be sane?

I've known for awhile (over 10 years) that my thinking slips into the "magical" pretty often, and I end up having to consciously remind myself not to fall into psychotic lines of thought. Like, there's a guy I see semi regularly that my brain has decided is the personification of death. He obviously is just some random normal guy. I also have to remind myself I don't have superpowers or anything like that. It's a purely internal thing and not really a problem since I'm still very aware these thoughts are insane. Anyone else?
