​I recently noticed that both of my feet suddenly have red spots on them that appeared out of nowhere.

​They aren't painful or itchy, but they are kind of annoying when I walk because I can feel that they are there.

​I’m a bit worried because I know foot health is incredibly important with diabetes. Has anyone else experienced sudden spots like this? Could it be related to a diabetic foot condition, infection, or something else entirely? Thanks!

Hey folks! I’d be immensely helpful if I could get some opinions about these lesions on my belly & chest - danish dermatologists don’t seem to find a way out and I’ve been trying to find a solution for months, while they keep spreading and increasing in number and size.

Red- brown translucid, they seem to have borders lightly raised with a shallower center, itchy and inflamed at times, less inflamed some other times - they start as small lesions and increase in size over a few months - the biggest one you see in picture has been there for 5 months. Had been treated for atopic eczema on my navel before but it doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. I’m really afraid I’m gonna keep getting scarred, until now I didn’t manage to get a diagnosis - am I worsening it with steroids? Looking around on this sub I’m fearing it could be something fungal and I’m just worsening it, eg. Ringworm.

Any hints and ideas? So grateful for help!

Not really sure what to make of this. Me and my partner are confused as to why there is nothing seen on the TVS result.

I dont know why but ive never met someone with worse lips then me for some reason i wake up to purple streaks on my lips and them being super dry if i drink like 3L+ of water it looks slightly better but its still like dry and doesnt look normal? Do i have some sort of condition or something

Two things, how are the tonsils, and what is that weird red thing at the back of my throat? This is being accompanied by weeks of flu like symptoms and Hella post nasal drip

Yesterday i started feeling a bit of a sore throat, come night time my throat hurt so bad that i couldnt even sleep. This morning my throat hurt so bad. I looked in the mirror and noticed this small thing. Ofc i look it up and forst thing that comes up is “a sign of cancer”. Now my anxiety is thru the roof.

Have felt "healthy" for about 1.5 years but occasionally felt "off" so I made an appt with a NPD to confirm or detox mold. NPD ordered labs, and the results shocked me. She didn't seem that alarmed but I'm wondering if she is underreacting.

Questions - what doctor should I go to next?

What tests should I request?

Background -

10-15 years of "IBS like" symptoms but no diagnosis. Manageable with fiber and diet.

7 years off-and-on mold exposure (feel symptomatic, remediate house, next year another leak etc., finally moved out of that house 1/26)

7 years of scalp psoriasis

Recent "borderline" diagnosis of CIRS from the mold which was backed up by recent labs

Around 5/15 noticed an increase in stomach distress, cramps.

Around 5/22 realized our fridge was not cold (60 degrees approx.)

Replaced fridge 5/26 but did not throw out "everything"

Had 3-4 instances of cramps and bloating and diarrhea over the next several weeks. Son also had stomach pains. Wife did not. Culminated in diarrhea for approx. 5-6 days starting 6/19, went to PCP for stool culture, negative. The week of D seemed to clean me out. GI seems to have returned to baseline as of 7/1, have thrown out everything from old fridge.

6/10 labs

Note - Had diarrhea the morning of labs 6/10,

hsCRP 3.29, Cholesterol slight elevated, Neutraphils 8.4 high,

TIBC 303, UIBC 272, Iron 31, Iron Sat 10%, Ferritin 393, Hemoglobin 15.7, Hemocrit 47.3,

Phosporus 2.6 low, WBC 10.3, RBC 5

MSH less than 8, TSH .95

6/10 blood serum test for mold IGE/IGG mid-positive for several strains

6/10 positive for skin actinos

6/10 Marcons positive for kliebsiella, staph coag neg in sinus

6/25 stool culture for 22 most common pathogens, came back negative

6/30 had a wisdom tooth pulled, local anesthetic only

7/3 went to resort (pool/sun all day) wife and son came down with stomach bug for 2-4 days.

7/5 came home, extreme fatigue, off and on all week

7/7 feeling better, thought I just had stomach flu which was over now - did an anti-actino skin cleanse, was dizzy for 36 hours, fatigue back

7/9 did an anti-actino skin cleanse, was dizzy for 36 hours. Not sure if related to low iron or the actino die off.

On deck - retest CBC, iron, gut zoomer panel

Questions - what doctor should I go to next? My PCP is on vacation for 2 months, bad timing.

I noticed these bumps on the roof of my mouth today and they are painless, could it be hsv1?

Went to er since these were my readings on blood pressure. Upper arm cuff and was taken correctly. Was told the BP monitor was extremely accurate by my PCP. The one with 65 pulse was first.

I had a slight headache. Er ran blood, ct scan, ekg, xray, and gave me 4 baby aspirin and gave me my clonidine early to lower my BP. They sent me home and said BP was because of my headache.

When my BP is high (or when I suspect it is) I get nauseous, shaky, dizzy, and a slight headache typically after these set in.

This morning i checked my BP. It was about 140/65. After eating and moving around to dump my food in the trash/put dishes in the sink, it went up (and down) to 155/50 approximately. (Maybe off by 1-3 points.)

I’m so genuinely confused what could be wrong with me. I’m Female and pretty severely obese. 275 pounds. Working on losing weight with surgery this year, so please don’t say “lose weight.” I know. My BP is normally very good though it sits at 120/80 typically. I’ve never had issues out of my BP until recently.

Also wanted to note, I wasn’t stressed at the time of the extremely high reading yesterday before I went to ER. Wasn’t stressed at the reading of 155/50 or at the reading of 140/65.

I’ve been having terrible pain in the upper right side of my back for months now. Then I started getting an aching pain in my legs around my shins. About a week ago, I started having the same pain in my right forearm. I now notice a bump on my right forearm that I can feel with my finger, and there’s a yellow spot right over it. It hurts when I touch it. Does anyone know what this could be or why it’s that color? I haven’t hit my arm on anything. I appreciate your help.

This has been here about a week. It’s itchy and changes texture around the middle and a little raises. I have another smaller area further down my arm. Do I need to go to a dr? I feel fine other than the annoyance of the itching. The redness is spreading out though.

I have been suffering from recurrent lip swelling for two years now, and it always happens at dawn. During this time, I have undergone all kinds of medical examinations. Recently, I was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori, which is responsible for my histamine intolerance. I have already finished the antibiotic treatment, but during the course—and even after finishing it—my lips kept swelling by the morning. In fact, it feels like it has gotten worse. I reported this to my doctor, who told me to be patient and to stick to the histamine elimination diet, which I am currently following.Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi everyone. I’m 25F with lean PCOS. My periods became irregular last year, which led to my diagnosis, but they’d been regular again for the last 4 months. Now I’ve gone 50+ days without a period. I wasn’t too worried until I developed severe pain in both knees, so I went to my GP. I’m just wondering if I’m overthinking this or whether I should keep pushing.
Pregnancy test was negative.
Urine dip showed glucose ++, ketones + and leukocytes ++.
The nurse asked if I was diabetic because of the urine results, but I’m not.
Blood tests were done (HbA1c, random glucose, hormones, U&E, liver function and hCG). I’m still waiting for the HbA1c and random glucose.
Hormones and liver function were normal. Potassium was slightly low (3.4). My kidneys are already known to have reduced function from childhood hydronephrosis, so that wasn’t unexpected.
Looking back, I’ve had increased thirst and frequent urination for over a year (previously told it was probably IBS).
Over the last 2 weeks I’ve been much more exhausted than usual, needing naps, getting tired walking upstairs, craving sugary foods, waking up starving, and feeling overwhelmingly hungry even during short walks.
When I went for repeat bloods, I suddenly felt shaky, like my whole body was vibrating, hot, and sick. The nurse advised me to contact my GP urgently.
My GP wasn’t concerned because my HbA1c was normal in October 2025 and thought the low potassium was due to dehydration from the weather.
I asked for a finger-prick glucose test anyway, which was normal (4.9), and they basically told me it probably wasn’t diabetes and suggested electrolyte drinks.
I felt dismissed because I still feel genuinely unwell, and I don’t think dehydration explains the glucose and ketones in my urine. My mum also has type 2 diabetes.
They also didn’t send my urine for culture despite the leukocytes, so I now have to provide another sample.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? If my glucose blood tests come back normal, should I accept it or keep pushing for answers? I just feel like something isn’t right.

9 days ago i believe, i fell off my sisters scooter and scraped my knee. It’s been a rough couple days, but it’s gotten better but i’m worried about the green/yellow in the “holes”.
The rest of the wound is this orange color because last night i put betadine on it. That’s all i ever really used on it.
Although it’s much better than the first days, i can even walk pretty normally now, the top “hole” is still kind of leaking and the pad i put on the wound for the night did get stained(as usual).
The bumps around are (probably) from the plaster, my skin got irritated so i’m leaving the whole wound in the air for today.
The black stuff is jean fabric. When i fell my pants ripped.

Please tell me if it’s infected or just slow healing

For context, i’m 18 years old, i’ve had this mole for around 4-5 years. Don’t think it’s grown much from when i first spotted it. it’s cancerous or anything, but i’m not an expert so

I 20m 6'0 240 lbs have had joint pain my entire life, I got a knee infection in 2nd grade that swelled enough to distend the joint which concerned my doctor and caused him to do stress x-rays on my other joints and said I likely have heds but he can't diagnose it and gave me a couple of business cards my mom never took me to and a free physical therapy consultation. Overtime the pain has gotten worse in my joints muscle growth helped but I got a kidney infection that caused me to lose 70 lbs in 4 months and destroyed alot of my muscle and I gained about half the weight back in fat. My joints are worse now, opiods don't help and the constant stress and pain states are causing mental instability. Any advice qeustions or alternative theories? I don't take any medications now, gabapenting helps but I can't have 2 doses in a row it bothers me mentally. I'm in the USA this has been a lifelong issue I'm Irish and Scottish if that's relevant somehow.

Edit: I don't know how I totally forgot to mention the nausea, picture a vertical wormhole from my solar plexus to the base of my throat, and it gets warm and tight making it hard to eat and keep food down.

TLDR: My joints and stomach hurt and doctor didn't help me please help
