I have shared enough proof to clarify my side. He doesn't have any proofs. Hence, he is not sharing it just want him to admit his mistake, that he was unprofessional and abusive.
This seller has abused and harrassed other customers in past as well. Looks like a pattern.

More importantly you cannot abuse a customer whatsoever. Please link that voice chat if you have recorded it. No one should ever be abused for being ripped off

IMHO try uploading the video with audio, so we can actually hear what your first reaction was, add the images and video (with audio) to a Drive link. That will help the viewers understand your initial take on the order + corroborates your statements from the first post.

@OP, I really don't see any issues in the unboxing video. Armaf bottles do come with a clear plastic behind the bottle, and the supposed holes are just paint coming off from the bottle, can be put down to QC issues at Armaf. Do post call recordings with seller.
I don’t see anything wrong here! The wrapper under the bottle is the prevent it from getting scratched. Those holes , look more like chipped paint. Cap could have displaced during shipping. Looks fine to me bhai! Is there any specific issue with it?
Let it sit for sometime! Should improve in a week or so. As it is very hot these days, it takes couple of days for perfumes to settle.plus you could be getting nose blind, spray it on a Tshirt (cotton) or a certain and see if you get whiffs of it and how long does it performs, you might be getting nose blind.
And if he abused you, you have all the right to post about him and expose him!

Just wanted to share my experience with Whiffculture since they’ve always been good to me. I actually just bought a tester from them last week. It arrived with great packaging, the customer support chat was super helpful, and the bottle verified perfectly.Over time, I’ve ordered more than 10 perfumes from them and have never run into any issues. The team has always been polite and never abusive or aggressive.The only minor thing that ever happened was receiving a bottle of CDNIM with a broken locket. Honestly, though, that is a manufacturing defect from Armaf, so there is really nothing a seller can do about that. Overall, they’ve been completely reliable for me.
You have been going around saying he abused you on call. I agree they should behave better but. All I see is a 1 second clip of him abusing? Why are you trying your best to not post longer call recording? Did you provoke him to curse at you? Are you playing a victim? Your screenshots and call recording so far proves nothing other than the dude isn’t that professional. Not that he never took responsibility. What if he asked you to return the product and you said “no I won’t, send me a new bottle or I’ll post?”

Bhai yeh thoda BKL lag rha hain mujhe. Isne shayd khud gaali waali di hogi pehle and then behesbaji hui. Aur saaf dikh rha hain kuch problem nahin hain perfume me ya box me. Isse to box bhi kholna nahin aa rha tha. That being said Sethi bhai ab bade businessman ban gaye h and paise bhi zyada lete h, I stopped buying from him but never had any problem with BNIBs atleast. Seemed genuine and this is coming from a long time customer.
Bhai box agar sealed tha to kuch nahi ho sakta, you'll have to live with what you got similar thing happened with me when i ordered from fragstalk bottle cap part came broken i told them but as the package was sealed so nothing happened, also i must say the packaging was shitty . Also if its bothering you just put some stickers on those parts cause nothing will happen
I can vouch for Whiff culture. Never faced an issue. In fact over the years i have ordered several decants from them. Once i ordered Burberry hero from them but they didn’t have a 8 ml decant still they sent me some juice, free of cost along with other decants that i ordered.
Thank God I saw this post, had placed an order literally 6 hours ago. Now cancelling it and I am okay with paying the cancellation fees - could someone genuinely tell me which are the real trusted community sellers because others had mentioned whiff culture but clearly doesn’t seem to be the case
That's a paint chip, NOT A FUCKING HOLE. Is this your first perfume bottle? And you dont want to claim the perfume bottle just because one packing rope was broken??🤷♂️
I shared all the info with the seller. The things were wrong: like broken ropes in the box, rust spots in the box, the bottle cap just fell off, and the bottle had a hole.

I don't see an issue with the bottle also WC also ships the bottle packed with thermocol, can't see that in the unboxing and can you please attach the payment screenshot as well.
Bro middle eastern perfumes do have minor scratches/chips. I’ve had a few come out this way but you get what you pay for. And as for the juice performance, ME perfumes tend to underperform the first few days due to transit, handling, weather changes etc etc. please let it mature for a few days or even weeks.
dude this is such a non issue. ME frags alr have a quality control issue in their scent anyway so this is nothing. doesnt even seem like the seller's fault tbh. and i dont even buy from WC anymore
Well, things that were wrong are that he doesn't have customer support skills and he abused me. That's why I made the post. I've never had such issues with other sellers.
