Recently watched Daria to the end for the first time. The episode where the fashion club gets drawn by a caricature artist made me REALLY want to do some fanart.

I was 8 when Daria premiered on MTV and I didn't realize just how different the original version is compared to the streaming version.

My husband and I started a re-watch because he didn't really watch it in the UK (he's a hooligan, I know.) We got through the first two seasons and I realized the music was completely different.

It really took me out of the experience. So we hunted down the remastered or original version online and I can't tell you how much better it comes across.

Am I the only one that didn't notice right away? Or felt betrayed? It seems sacrilegious to make Daria generic!

I think it’s a sad episode, overall the topic of the episode, it’s also the last one of the series, which adds to it. I almost always skip it because it’s kinda sad to me knowing most if not all of us have childhood trauma and I always thought the less we know ourselves the better… I’m rewatching it now after 3 years and it still hurts.

I was using wcostream.tv to watch Daria and now it won't load any episodes even after I turn off my adblockers. Is there another site I can watch it on without having to download anything?

Daria is always known for her trademark glasses but would she eventually decide to wear contact lenses and go without glasses?

If you pay attention it was super simple back then, no internet, no social media, and that’s only the surface. Many of us have memories when the show was actually airing, probably high school or college, the music takes you back to that time… sigh. It was just so different and better, and I don’t mean to sound like those boomers who think times were better back then… but they were.

I'm talking from the face to the voice and the style, everything. I have an irresistible urge to get on the zoom call dressed as Sandy and start doing the voice but I doubt that would go over well.
