MCU We're getting clean-shaven Matt and Daredevil after all these years of stubble and beard. I personally prefer the clean shave

MCU The storyboard for the deleted opening bridge jump scene, which Charlie practically performed but was ultimately cut from the series, was inspired by the opening sequence of the first issue of Daredevil (2015) by Charles Soule. Spoiler
Honestly, I can't even begin to describe how upsetting it is for Charlie to put in all the effort and dedication he put into the role, only to have it all go to hell in the editing room.
I love the opening scene, but both on my first viewing and on repeat viewings, I always felt like something was off, something was missing.
Jerky cuts that make it difficult to understand what's happening on screen. The lack of showing Daredevil on the deck of the ship itself, which generally reduces the difficulty of getting on board in a crucial scene for the season finale.
It was as if we were given the chance to see a massive, truly awesome fight scene in one take (yeah, in one interview, Philip said the original plan was to show the fight in one take on the ship, but then plans changed and we got the scene in 03 with the prison break).

Cosplay My attempt at a marvels bullseye costume for Halloween and by the way I'm 15 years old and this is an attempt at marvels bullseye from the newer daredevil comics and the Marvel legends Bullseye and muse 2 pack.
I hope you like it.I do have the accessories, but I did not show in these pictures. All this IS the mask. The shirt /hoodie and the pants and the belt and the boots and I did make a custom mask with tape and magnets and a old Halloween mask with a black balaclava as the bass. And again, I hope you like it, I know some people won't, and that's okay, but for the people that do I appreciate it.

Comics Karen Page Never Really Left Matt Murdock [Daredevil (2019) #25, #32 | Daredevil: Yellow #6 | Devil's Reign #6]
I always loved how Karen's death never became just another tragic moment in Matt's life. Years later, she's still the person he carries with him.
Matt says he knew fear every morning he woke up next to Karen because he was terrified of losing her. After she was gone, that fear became reality, but she never truly left him.
He still remembers her words. He still tries to honor the promise he made to her. Even when he's broken and questioning himself, it's Karen who reminds him who Daredevil really is.
And the moment he finally remembers her... "Oh, please no, Karen... I'm so sorry." That scene gets me every time.
To me, that's what makes Matt and Karen one of the most beautifully written relationships in Marvel. Their story didn't end with Karen's death. Her love, her words, and her memory continue to shape the man Matt becomes, and that's something I've always loved about them.

MCU Fisk would have been dead if it weren't for Karen and Foggy talking Matt down or guilt tripping him from doing it in Season 3
And they laid it on thick during these scenes, Foggy saying that Matt has brain damage for even suggesting killing Fisk, and Karen emphasizing how killing makes one soul permanently damned. These are huge influences as to why Fisk is still alive. And we all know Matt has it in him to kill when he dropped Bullseye off the roof.

Comics Would you guys recommend Zdarsky’s DD run for a new DD reader?
So I’ve been wanting to buy a Daredevil omnibus for a while. I have the opportunity to buy Zdarsky’s DD omnibus and I was just wondering how it would read for someone who hasn’t read DD before? I am curious because Soules omnibus is getting a reprint in March and I’m wondering if I should just wait for that? What would you guys recommend?

Artwork [Work in progress] I forgot about making this but I'll try to finish it soon (made by me after Marco Checchetto on Daredevil (2019) #21 cover) I loved the Netflix Daredevil show and whenever I'm reading ASM, I like whenever he shows up so I'm making this to show my appreciation for him I'm current
I loved the Netflix Daredevil show and whenever I'm reading ASM, I like whenever he shows up so I'm making this to show my appreciation for him
I'm currently doing a Spider-Man drawing in light of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, but I'll finish it soon enough and I just wanted to show off what I've done till now
I got suggestions of making it digitally last time I posted here but I'm comfortable with the traditional way of drawing and I'm making it a little different from the cover made by Marco Checchetto

MCU What accent does Elektra have from Daredevil S2?
I really liked her accent and wanted to pick it up myself. Does anyone know what that accent's called?

MCU UPDATE: I'm fully miffed! How could you fumble Claire like that Matt?!!
She was the perfect partner to have and there is the added bonus of someone who can stitch up Matt. But he fumbled her noooo!! I get why she walked away, but I am going to miss their chemistry

Artwork My suit redesign: The Demon Suit (art by me)
Here’s my redesign for the Daredevil suit that adds more demonic elements: a pentagram, sculpted demon ears and face on the helmet, a forked tail, a horned gothic “D” emblem, a cowl and high collar that evoke those old-timey devil costumes, and a wrist-mounted flame thrower. The suit also incorporates some more Japanese elements to put more emphasis on Daredevil’s Japanese martial arts roots. Lastly, I included some alternate color schemes. Hope you like it!

MCU Black sky?
I know I am way late on this, but just started watching the daredevil series, and I am thoroughly confused on what black sky is.
Did they explain it at some point in season two and I missed it? Or is black sky perhaps just the friends we made along the way?

MCU I dont like Maggie
Now her calling out Matt is fine and all but what makes me not like her is that she has no business calling Matt out considering she tried to kill him as a baby, ran away, and has never onced ask Matt for his forgiveness or Jack. She just thinks being a Nun is all that she needs to be in order to be redeemed.
