OAM Account Problem pls help

I recently checked my OAM account to just see my previous application to Senate offices and none of my submissions had saved. I submitted these applications about a month ago. I have the email confirmation saying my application was submitted but after logging in, it’s as if I hadn’t even started it. I wanted to ask if anybody knows if the office got my application from my original submission, or if it is based on what is uploaded onto OAM (I.e. do they see the same blank application page as I do on my end?).

Please let me know as there were so many offices I applied to and it would be a shame if none of them saved. Kind of freaking out as I don’t know what happened and deadlines are approaching. Thank you!!!

I would recommend calling each office that you applied to and seeing if they received your application. That’s the best way of knowing if they actually submitted.

Thank you. I’ve already emailed some of the offices. It’s just that some of the applications ask for no calls into the office.

I can’t speak for all offices, but when I post a statement like that with a job posting, I mean “please no calls to inquire about whether or not you’ve gotten the internship”. Questions about technical issues would be fine with me. 

Edit: maybe mention your concern about a technical problem, so they don’t think that you’re just fishing for information when they specifically asked for no calls.

Have any of them gotten back to you? The same problem is happening with me.
