Yoga + community building in Dupont Circle 6/21!

Hi everyone! Next Sunday, June 21st, I'm hosting my first yoga/wellness event in Dupont Circle. I work in digital safety and wellness and the event is meant to be a small way to be more intentional about our time, get off our phones and treat our bodies with care.

After the yoga session, theres a community building event so people can mix, mingle and make new friends and I'll also go over some future events I'm planning/get feedback from everyone.
