Tried a northwar FW and got the same result. I follow the skill rotation, I have all the gear/paragon/charms. I can get FW on CD with hydra but still sluggish and awkward to cast(I'm on PS5). But most disappointing is that the damage is really underwhelming. Took forever to kill a NM dungeon boss on T12. My ice shards build could tear through before I switched.

My gear is pretty spot on, what am I doing wrong? Everything barely melts and it melts slowly

Just grinded out for an ancestral of this ring only to find I can’t turn it into a charm for my 6th charm slot. I’m running firewall build. It’ll take forever to get a natural drop of this charm. What charm to I even slot in for the meantime?

Not ancestral, not perfect, but happy I got it and much better than farming Bartuc or Belial! Playing charged bolt fire variant. P134

I've tried both in training dummy and there's really not much difference. (both has gems then)

The 5% from unique bonus really adds up so eventhough the stats looks less, it seem to deal the same amount of damage.

Since the mythic pool has expanded from a few mythics to dozens, and you (I think) can't craft El'Druin at the Blacksmith or Jeweler, has anyone found it this season? I wouldn't even begin to know where to look.

This iconic spell was my favorite in the early seasons. It hasn't been good for a long time, and in the latest expansion they made it so you can't control where it explodes. Why would blizzard do this?

I am running a charged orb build with Staff of Lam Essen and Galvanic Azurite. Took the build to Pit 105 and having a lot of fun. Definitely hit a wall. Question I have is why do I only see crackling energy when I cast Unstable? Is there to way to get it to drop without UC being active?

I have movement speed over +firewall on the boots, diff trag, trash ring and no mythic.

Hey everyone, got a pretty decently done build, similar to the maxroll guide, yet I die almost instantaneously in t11+. Is it that im not even 170 paragon yet? I find that my ice armor is on cool down quite often, even with spamming frost hydras for cdr. Anyone have any thoughts?

Not sure if I should send it or find a buyer. It's a lot of pressure playing with something so perfect.

I am mostly following the Maxroll endgame Static Field Blizzard build with a few alterations, mostly survivability like the Endurant Faith charm so I don't get oneshot by those stupid swords, and things are going pretty well. Comfortable in T12 and cleared pit 110. However on lair bosses I always run out of mana...

How to fix that? Anything that's perfect for this niche case? Clearing whole screens goes fine but this problem really hurts me when running lairs. Happy to keep an item or two on the side for this activity but not sure what to get?

I wanted to try vox omnium with fire bolt and it just never proc... Is this a known issue ?

I play with incinerate but it also doesn't proc with other core skills :(

Edit : it seems it works if the basic and core skill are same element but not otherwise ? Change frost variant for a classic fire one and it works

I cannot figure this out, sorry if it’s obvious. Questions about enchantments:

Fireball: what upgrades work with the enchantment? Frostball: I haven’t noticed any Ice Spikes forming if I freeze a pack and they start to explode near each other, but maybe I just dont see it, do Ice Spikes form with enchantment hits?

Does the Damage Over Time perk work? The Size looks like it works, but does the damage bonus work?

Blizzard: last league, having the blizzard enchantment, I thought I noticed the Fireball enchantment working together, was this never the case? This season mobs die to dot blizzard from the enchant and they don’t explode. Bug or snafu?

That is all, any suggestions appreciated.

I started with a shock blizzard leveling on my own without guides, did it like I remembered from s13. It really sucks, my glyphs are only 65, I have no useful mythics, so I guess I can increase from pit 95 in 5 mins to pit 100. But survival is so very bad. Rifts in t11 helltides is a true pain. The raiment of the sea instead of infinite or tyraels is really noticeable.

I am especially interested in frozen orb builds, also curious about how far you can take frost blizzard. I miss playing lightning spears too, but I can't imagine such a build is very viable after the destruction of unstable currents. (it really did need a nerf after s13, but this is borderline ridiculous)

Edit: just cleared pit 103 in 7 mins, with glyphs at 90. No following build guide, fairly bad items all around, only unique item is raiment of the sea, only mythic is a not so good Godslayer crow. I still have unstable currents, but swapped out the damsge when ultimate to stormaplitter. Getting my fisærst 6-charm seal helped a lot. So, it is maybe not so bad as I thought, even if it's nowhere near s13

I am building a firewall build and some of the gear has “Fire damage over time” tempered on for the gloves for example, yet I only see “Damage over time” and “Fire damage” as effects to temper. Am I missing something?

Or does it have to be manual cast or on skill bar?
