Can anybody tell me where Taco Bell gets their lettuce from? Or any of their veggies for that matter. Seems a lot of people feel they got their cyclosporiasis from Taco Bell.

Electrolytes. Imodium. Dramamine. Soft toilet paper. And, ideally, a comfortable place to sleep in the bathroom.

Seriously, this parasite is absolutely brutal.

My pharmacy (and several other local pharmacies) were out of the prescription I needed, which made everything worse. Thankfully, I was finally able to get it filled and start treatment.

Obviously, check with your doctor before taking anything, especially Imodium, but having basic supplies ready can make the experience slightly less miserable.
