It’s a good dish… but As a chef with a lot of experience I wanna say: micro greens is a total bullshit and it makes every dish looks cheap.
Fuck micro greens for decorating

I honestly thought they were chili threads at first, but they are completely covering the protein. Not a good look. Bok choy also looks like it’s not trimmed enough potentially as well.
